disclaimer: I have created the stand before I read part 6, and so it was not done on purpose that chiquitita's ability ressemble white snake's ability

Stand name: chiquitita

Reference: the song by the Swedish band ABBA

Stand type: humanoid long range stand

Stand stats: power: C speed: B durability: E precision: A potential: B range: A (20m)

Appearance: chiquitita is mostly red , white touch on her neck ,face and articulation, a silver line in the middle of torse that continues till her feet , she as the same height as her user (1M55) she has three spikes s at the knuckles on each hand, on her head she has a very large hat with spike in the middle( the hat has the form of embo's hat from star wars but it red and with spike) and on her face she has a big cartoonish grin for a mouth and one big eye that is always closed.

Ability: chiquitita main ability is to steal or copy memory on a cassette tape, and she can used that tape and watch the memory from the person perspective, or she can project it with her eye

Exemple: to use her power she need to put her two right finger in the victim's head then she has 2 option

1: she project the memory with her eye

2: she use an empty cassette tape and put the memory there and she can store it, than the user can user a VHS player , she can copy  or extract the memorie, if she extract it the victim will not remeber the memory 

She read and search the memory and choose the memory that she want.

The memory that has been stored in a cassette will stay even If the user dies

Weakness: the stand cannot protect herself or move when she watching , copying, or projecting a memory, the cassette can be destroyed and the memory will be lost, the stand is not strong physically and not durable in a fight
