The children left with grins on each of their faces, but not before locking me inside that maintnence room. I heard hammering and banging on the other side of the door but what could I do? I was completely helpless, the pain was insane...  I didn't know how long I wouldv'e been here for. A few hours passed that felt like decades, I was still lying on the ground with nothing to do.

I stared at the door for countless minutes, hours even until I noticed a machine in the corner of the room. It looked like an arcade game, titled: Princess Quest. I finally got up and slowly crouched over to the yellow and black game. Something called me to it. I banged on the machine a couple times until it turned on, the screen immediantly glitched over to gameplay mode which was odd.

I clutched the control and started moving in the game.

~The Princess' POV~

"Wow! This is amazing!" I looked around the room to see a few lit torches and others not lit. I moved to one of the lit torches and stared at it. The fire glowed brightly, it looked mesmerizing until I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and turned around. I saw plenty of dark rabbits? What were these things? Wooden sword in hand, I attacked them one on and moved forward to the unlit fires, I quickly lit them and left the room.

There was one fire lit so I knew what to skip and moved to the unlit ones this time was interesting, the fire when I lit it seemed... weird. It kept looking like it was glitching but that is impossible... right? The fire leaned to each side, growing bigger, stronger than the rest. I kept moving from area to area, room to room but it didn't end.

At least that's what I thought until I reached a room... It looked like...

~William's POV~

"Is that the maintnence room?!" I stared blankly at the screen of the game. What was that doing there? How did it even get there??? Suddenly, the room glitched wildly, then a rabbit's face started to appear. It didn't look like the game rabbits though. It had a yellow- brown colored fur, long twisted whiskers, purple mischevious eyes, and a vest, a purple vest with stars on it. The rabbit laughed.

I backed away from the machine. Why did it look so real? I heard banging on the door as the rabbit was staring at me with direct eye contact. I looked away and shouted. "HELP!" The banging on the door began to be more aggressive. I kept shouting. "HELP, PLEASE! I'M IN HERE!" I heard tearing on the door, then it went silent. Not a sound was to be heard. I heard foot steps on the other side, walking around, pacing?

The foot steps stopped then a loud bang and grunt was heard. Who's even there? "It's hopeless let's just leave." Someone was talking but the voice didn't sound famililar. Or at least I thought until... "NO! H-HE'S IN THERE!" Michael!? He was sobbing! "MICHAEL! I'M IN HERE! PLEASE!" I tried to yell but my efforts were not helpful. "Kid, go home." I heard Michael sob louder.

My heart was pounding, I knew he was hurt. Elizabeth went missing, Evan died... He didn't have anyone. "GOD! WHY DID I DO THIS?!" I slammed my head against a wall. No one was there... and this rabbit thing was cracking up... What if Michael thinks I abandoned him? I knew if I cried it would enable the springlocks again but why would I care? I'm a horrible father.

"Son... I'm still alive..." I sat down facing a wall away from the arcade game. The rabbit appeared behind me, it was ugly, and it's eyes were creepily weird.  I looked at the rabbit. "Who are you?" It looked back at me. "Your friend. Possibly." I watched as it crossed it's fingers in front of me. "Leave me alone." I turned back towards the wall and stayed there.

"I was hoping you'd be fun." The rabbit glitched throughout the room. "Hmm." I started getting annoyed by the thing. "Will you stop!?" I got up and shouted.  "Why? Did I make Willy mad?" I looked at it. Iv'e never seen this rabbit so how does this thing know me? "Surprised? I know everything about you." Suddenly I felt a pain in my eye.
