Casually, I was looking down at my phone whilst walking on the side walk. That's at least what I could remember before I felt a sudden wind and my surroundings drastically changed. I dropped to my knees in sheer shock but hurriedly got back to my feet and grabbed my phone with a good hold onto my backpack.
"Is this a joke?", I said to the empty woods in front of me. I felt as though my heart would implode inside my chest.
With all the sense I could muster I tried calling 911 with my phone but to no avail. "How is there no signal?", I said as I got on the tip of my feet and tried to get some bars on my phone.

That's when I heard it. A blood curdling growl.

I scurried up a tree as fast as I could and searched for the source of the noise. I steadily moved from branch to branch being careful of the noise that I made. 'Maybe a wolf? Or boar?' I thought to myself. Right before I got to the edge of the trees I noticed a group of wolves surrounding a young girl but before I could do anything a leopard pounced on the largest wolf.
'This is my chance', I leapt down from the tree and motioned to the girl to run towards me but she was too concerned about the ordeal in-front of her. 'Does she have no survival instinct?', so before the leopard decides to eat one of us I ran as fast as I could in the next direction.

After maybe half a day, I came upon a village. Horrified I hid behind one of the buildings as I watched humans with horns similar to a sheep's on top of their heads. However, the growling in my stomach caught the attention of some of the people and garnered some nasty looks my way.
'Is it because I'm dirty?', I looked down at my torn at clothing from the journey I had been on.
"What type of creature is that? With that type of colour, how will she ever find a mate", they spoke aloud in disgust.
"Racism? Really?", I rolled my eyes and decided these people were not going to bother me much. I decided to walk through the village gaining many of faces but at least no one bothered me. 'I have to find someone to speak to about this place. I'm not even sure where I'm going to sleep tonight.'
Optimistically, I went up to a lady but she just scoffed and turned away from me. I decided to give up for the day and found an open cave nearby the village. As I'm putting down my backpack, I notice a gorgeous design of fabric. Grabbing it, I can notice snake designs all over it, "this is gorgeous. I wonder why anyone would leave this here?"
Without much thought, I used the blanket looking fabric and cover myself for the harsh cold of the night. As I'm fading off into sleep I heard a soft hiss but decided if I'm going to die then so be it. 'Sleep is much more important.'
