Linda woke up groggy from the amenta.

"Where is Danny Frank?

" He is um

"I remember now was it Wilder

"No different dude

"Where is Danny omg is he in the morgue

"No he is still missing

"The boys! Linda said trying to sit up before feeling instant pain

"With pop I think you guys are having the time of your life without them. You broke your collarbone and 2 ribs

"That is why it hurts so bad

" We have cops looking everywhere Frank said before getting interrupted by a call

"What is it Frank?

"We have a trail getting cops on it now

"What kind of trail Linda asked nervously

Frank looked grim

"A blood trail, the kind from getting drug by a car

"Oh goodness poor Danny

"We have caught the dudes but Danny is still missing

"Make sure to add attempted murder to his charges

"We have Wilder and the other men in custody so my guess is Danny got away but can't show up yet in case they are looking for him.

"Find him Frank

"I will Linda, Erin will come and sit with you because she is on sick leave so you have someone around you.

Danny crawled over to where he had heard sirens in an attempt to get medical attention. As he was crawling he heard a car and forced himself to stand with his tattered leg and back. As he stood the car was going too fast to get to a complete halt before it hit him. He welcomed the darkness.

As Sid was on his way over to the area where blood was found he saw something, someone standing in the road. He tried to stop but barely watched them fall to the ground as he stopped he ran back and saw it was Danny

"10 13 Detective down. I found Danny."

"Tell us his condition"

"Shredded leg and Back might have accidentally bumped him with my car.

"How did you do that

"He was in the middle of the road and I didn't see him till it was too late. I slowed enough. I think he just got knocked unconscious.

As the bus arrived the medics grabbed Danny and rushed him to the hospital. This hospital happened to be the one Linda was in.

As Linda watched a nurse walk in she prepared herself for bad news

"Hey Linda, I got some good and Bad news for you

"Oh no the blood drained from the face

"The bad news is your rib isn't healing right so we have to go in another surgery to fix it

"The good news?

"Danny has been found and is treated. No surgery, no hospital stay. He was dragged by a car so his leg is torn but you had it worse.

"Oh thank goodness

Just then someone bursts through the door

"LINDA! Danny said

"DANNY!" Linda cried

"Oh my goodness I will kill the man who did this to you Linda

"If the other prisoners don't beat you to it

"I am so sorry you had to go through that Linda

"It's okay, I heard you boss hit you with his car

"Yeah but no charges, they said if he didn't happen to be there I would have died from blood loss.

"Oh Danny just a few busted ribs like you say

"Yeah it is one thing when they go after me but another when they go after my family.

"Oh Danny I missed you

" I missed you too

"Now what do we tell the boys

"Ah we do don't we

"I love you detective Daniel Reagan

"I love you more Nurse Linda Reagan.
