8. Is haseena fine or not?

Continued from the previous part:

Thinking about their encounters when KS slept holding HM's hand she didn't know,..in the morning Shivani,Ammi and PS came ..and saw that KS was sleeping in a sitting position holding HM's hand and HM is still unconscious.. PS came towards KS and caressed KS's hair .. KS woke up and saw everyone there .. she said ,

KS : wo sorry hame pata nahi chala kab so gaye ...

Ammi : beta relax .. abhi ham sab hai .. tum Ghar jake fresh ho jao ..aur thoda rest karlo ..

KS : nahi .. hame kuch kam hai ..ap sab eha rahiye.. ham ate hai ..aha Shivani di hame phone kar dena agar kuch jarurat ho to ..

ST nodded and then KS left ...

From the hospital KS went home .. still now they didn't inform about HM's accident to abbu, so KS talked with him normally and then went to her thana ..after reaching thana she left for the accident place with cheeta ..Cheeta was driving and KS was in the passenger's seat ..she was in deep thought..

KS : (in mind) hame e pata lagana hoga ki e accident bakei mai accident hai ya pre planned hai ..as ham koi risk nahi le sakte hai ..kal hi hasu di ne chacha ji ko company se nikal diya tha .. agar iske piche chacha ji ka hat hote hai to ham to use chodenge nahi .. waise hi dad ki accident k piche hame lagta hai chacha ji hai .. par mere pass koi proof nahi hai .. jaldhi ham us case ko vi re open karenge isse pehele hasu di thik ho jaye bas .. hey shiv ji hasu di ko kuch nahi hona chahiye .. pehele hi hamne ma ko kho diya hai... abhi ham aur kisiko kuch nahi hone denge ... her chain of thoughts broke when they reached at the accident place and cheeta called her saying that they had reached there .. she nodded in assurance and came out of the car ..

After coming out of the car .. her eyes fell on HM's car .. which hit the roadside lamp post and by seeing the car's condition anyone could tell that how dangerous this accident was ... she looked at the car .. wore her gloves .. and started checking inside the car .. she saw that the air bag worked at that time it implies that there was no problem in the car .. it was in good condition before the accident .. and then her eyes fell on the seat-belt , which was as it is means HM didn't use it .. this made her angry .. she was just thinking how her hasu di become this much careless , she was driving her car without using the seat belt .. then she looked here and there ...and found a cctv .. but before she could say anything , SP called her and asked her to come in the hospital .. 

She said Cheeta to collect the CCTV footage ...then left from there .. she reached at hospital .. she saw her chacha ji there .. she was about to enter in the hospital her chacha ji stopped her and asked her about HM's well being as ammi didn't allowed him .. KS told him about HM ..and went inside the hospital .. she was about to enter in HM's room just then cheeta called her and told her that he had send the cctv footages to KS .. 

KS opened her phone and started observing the footages .. she can't get the clear view but although she was sure that HM didn't use seat belt and that's why the accident become so impactfull and one more thing she noticed that it was one way road .. but the truck was coming from opposite direction .. and as soon as HM noticed the truck she turned the steering and the car looses it's control and the car hit on the roadside lamp post .. after the accident the truck slowed it's speed and the driver once looked at HM's car through his window .. it clearly seems that the man was appointed for this accident to perform .. KS closed her eyes for few seconds to control her anger then she called her informers and to search the man as soon as possible ... 

Then she entered in the room , she saw that the doctor was examining HM .. and HM was in half lying position .. then the doctor said , 

Doctor : sar pe bohot hi gehera chot hai .. isiliye hamne inko under observation rakhenge .. HM cut her in between and said .. 

HM : no , way doctor ... i want my discharge today itself .. ap pls jaldi kijiye .. 

Doctor : are you mad Miss Mallik .. apko andaza vi hai ap kya kehe rahi hai .. kal Tak ham sure nahi the apke liye ..aur aj ap ..

HM : I don't want any arguments..pls doctor,try to understand..

Ammi :(sternly) haseena not a word ..stay quiet 🤫

HM : ammi pls ham behes nahi chate hai ..

Hearing HM's nonsense KS's anger has no bond..she entered and said,

KS : Doctor ap is insan k bato mai mat aye ..ap boliye kya karna hai ..

HM : dekhiye Karishma ap bichme mat bolo ..

KS : ap chup rahiye ...agr ek sabd aur bole na to sidhe jail mai dal denge .tab rehena jail hospital Mai ..

HM : huu ..police ka ban Gaye ..kuch vi karengi kya ap ..aise Bina koi charge k ap hame andar nahi dal sakte hai ..

KS : charge to ap par ham bohot sara laga sakte hai .. over speeding without seat belt and sathme drink and drive k charge vi denge ..dekhna ..

HM : huu ..ham hamare lawyer k sath contact karenge..

KS : kitna matlab kitna baketi karte hai ap ..aj hai friday..kuch hi ghanto mai court bandh ho jayega ..ham apke khilaf charge sheet frame karenge Sam ko ..to asani se apko Monday Tak ham jail mai rakh lenge ...aur ap k jo halat ham abhi dekh rahe hai ..ap khud to chal nahi paoge ..aur eha koi apke bat sunne se raha ..so apke lawyer tak bat pouchana hi bohot muskil hai ..now choice is yours..jail k hospital Mai rehena hai ya eha chup chap rehenge ap ..

HM knew that there is no use of argument with KS ..so she said,

HM : yad rakhenge ham e ..badme hisab barabar karenge ...just wait ..

KS : ha ha thik hai ..apko to ham dekhte hai abhi ..pehele doctor se bat kar lete hai ..mam pls ap boliye kya karna hai ..

HM made a frown in her face , ammi ,PS and ST was enjoying the cat fight between the sisters..

Doctor: ham inhe 2 din tak under observation rakhenge ...jitna chot hai minimum 7 days full bed rest ..baki hamare nurse hai ..inhe time to time observe karte rehenge ..aur ap mai se kisi ek Jan inke sath rehena ..baki ham dekh lenge ..

KS nodded and doctor left from there ..

Then KS turned towards HM ..HM was looking towards her with an annoyed 😠 face , KS laughed internally seeing her ..then said ..
