the whole interaction from earlier in the day still had valentine tight. when she got to culaniry class she didn't even cook and that was rare because val could throw DOWN inna kitchen. deja sadly had 3/8 of her classes with valentine, but the classes she didn't have with val she had with either ethan or carmen.
she annoyed the fuck outta all three of them.
by the time valentine got home she was still irritated by the girl and she wasn't even there.
