Xiao Zhan was startled by the handsome boy's behaviour. Did he do something wrong? He was just shocked by his sudden disappearance. Like he is still looking at the door hoping to see the boy again! His hand is itching for some reason. He folded the shirt he is wearing. For a second his eyes just stopped. On the wrist. His soulmate mark is maroon colored?!!! When did this happen??? Suddenly like a movie all of the scenes came in flashback mode. His appearance at the party, then he went to the garden for fresh air suddenly he felt the burn on his wrist and damn he found his soulmate! This boy is his soulmate! Oh shit!!!!

"Shit shit shiiiiiit! What have I done?" Zhan screamed and just then his brother entered.

"Why are you screaming? Why the door is open? Why aren't you at office?"

"Yaa Zhou Cheng!"

"Yaa! Why are you screaming? What happened? Dude I just entered the room. Do you realise that?" Zhou Cheng replied with slight irritating voice.

"Ahhhh sorry sorry. You... Didn't come back home last night. Did you?"

Cheng nodded. He knows his older brother didn't either. Dai De-ge has informed him already and asked him to talk to him properly. He just remember it now.

"Did anything happen yesterday? Sorry I was busy with...."

"I know. Congratulations. Finally you found her." Zhan replied with a genuine smile on his lips. Of course he is happy even if they are not real brothers. The blood bond doesn't matter to them. They are connected by soul that's what they believe.

"You saw?" Cheng asked with surprise.

"Huh stupid! Of course I saw. How else would I know that my brother can care about others?"

"Well she is actually not some others."

"Haha yes of course A-Cheng. I'm soo happy for you!"

Zhou Cheng suddenly notice the marron mark on his brother's wrist.

"What about you? When are you gonna tell me about your soulmate?"

Zhan covered his wrist. He folded down his short and hung his head low. Cheng's news momentarily distracted him from the truth. He is at loss again. Loss of words. Loss of emotions. He doesn't even know his name!

Cheng was surprised to see his brother crying? Yaa what happened??
He didn't dare ask him anything. He just pulled him into a tight hug. He needs it right now he can sense that. Whatever has happened he is sure Zhan will tell him eventually. He has always been like this. Never saying anything at first but later share every minute details of important events with him and their Jiejie. He is missing her. Only she can comfort him and make his mood better. He pag his head and back few times.

Zhan doesn't know why he is crying. It's like feeling an emotion he is not aware of. His every inch of body, mind and soul wants to be with his boy. With his dude even if the other one gets angry with him. Yes, he is only his boy and no one else's. A thought strikes him suddenly. He pulled away from the hug. Hold his brother's hand and hoped. Hoped that he can settle this thing properly.

"A-Cheng."

"Hmm. What?"

"Your soulmate. She is... She is umm..."

"She is what?"

"She is my soulmate's best friend."

"Okay. So what? It's good. Right? Everything is okay right?"

Zhan exhaled and moved his head side by side. It indicates no. A big no. Nothing is right.

"Wait. Her best friend is just two other boys. At least that's what I came to know yesterday. Then who are you talking about?"

Zhan looked up at his brother. He does know if he will freak out like him by knowing about his soulmate or not but he has to say. He can't hide the truth.

"The boy."

"Huh? What boy?"

"The boy who is very handsome and your soulmate's best friend. He is my soulmate."

"Huh? What who??"

"The handsome boy."

"Woahhhh. Whatttt???"

Now Zhan is embarassed. He shouldn't tell Cheng. He knows he wouldn't be able to handle the truth. He covered his face with his long palms out of shame.

"Yaaaaa. It's okay. Don't worry. It's okay. I... I'm sure this is common right? Like getting a male partner? Whoaa I'm sorry. I'm freaking out and I'm also misbehaving. Wait let me calm down." Zhou Cheng didn't want to hurt his brother's feelings he just got shocked by the news. It was totally out of the blue. He has always imagined a cute little girl with his brother but not a male. And he has seen his soulmate's friends. They are handsome of course and very manly and reserved. Atleast one boy is the other one is a bit innocent. Maybe that cute boy is his brother's soulmate. Yes that must be it. He was about to dial Meng Ziyi's number but remember that she must be in school as she has told him. He is not stupid like Zhan so from yesterday they are constantly in touch with each other.

"So what happened? At the party? How you guys knew about each other?"

Zhan explained everything about what happened from yesterday uptil now.

"Let's wait a bit. Okay? You wanna go to your office? I can drop you." He offered but Zhan declined.

"No not feeling like going there. I won't be able to focus on work anyway. I will take rest."

"Okay I will not disturb you until and unless I'm getting any information okay?"

"Information for what?"

"Dumbhead! About your partner! You need to apologise to him properly! I'm gonna ask Ziyi and give you his number okay? Do it properly this time! I won't help you always."

"A-Cheng." Zhan smiled brightly. This is the dialogue his brother tells him often that he won't help all the time but eventually helps him all the time.
