Fantasia does not have one concept they stick to, but their concept is randomized mostly. They can go from a cute concept to a horror concept, A concept can be use two or three times in a row, but after it will have to change automatically.
Think of a group debuting with a song like Fancy, then coming back with a song like Kill This Love.
