You then lean back on your chair and furrowed your eyebrows.
Y/N: You know Wally is... let's just say a clingy person, I remembered that key factor when we were dating. He rrreeallly loves eye contact y'a know. Im okay with it since it ain't hurting nobody around here.
Poppy then shakes her feathery hands and began to get nervous.
Poppy: Not just that! but do you see how he acts around Julie?
When Poppy said that, you then froze and thought back to yesterday. You remember seeing Wally's loving gaze towards Julie feeling off along with seeing his eyes water a bit. You gave it a thought but suddenly Poppy interrupted you.
Poppy: Do you think Wally is jealous of you and Howdy?
Y/N: WHAT no! Wally is with Julie, he moved on from me, if he hadn't moved on, wouldn't you think that he wouldn't enter into a relationship with Julie?
Poppy: Well, I have been noticing in every neighborhood outing, he gives Julie the cold shoulder, I-It's like he doesn't want to be physically or emotionally around her, instead he goes to a tree and stares at you for hours...
This information coming from Poppy kind of gives a whole other meaning to why he seemed so fake in the store yesterday.
You then chatted some more with Poppy about it until you realize it was getting late.
Y/N: Well, Poppy, I'm getting sleepy and I don't want Howdoy to sleep alone. Well, thanks again for notifying me, Poppy, and have a goodnight.
Poppy then, got up and opened the front door,
Poppy: Well it was nice having you Y/N
Y/N: You to Poppy!
You then walked home and entered Howdy's home.
