The pure black of the nights which comforts me, the velvet duvet which keeps me safe. The pure black with gleaming stars which completes the sky. A movie night alone. With a cup of hot coffee in my hand, while it rains outside. I enjoyed being alone. I enjoy my own company. I thought of going out for an walk. I unplugged the earphones.
It was mizzling steadily. I wish the rain is eternal. Silence filled the street. Not a soul to be found. I just wanna live in this moment forever. I plugged my earphones once again. I slowly started moving along with the music. It's just me and the rain. No one can stop us. I was on cloud 9. Soon it started raining heavily. I was drenched by the rain.
It was 5 in the morning. I was wide awake. I thought of going out. There was no sign of sunlight. The sun was covered by the black clouds. Which made the sky look even more gorgeous. Darkness surrounding the city. I am a nyctophile, ofcourse I would love 'em. I always carried my book wherever I go. To be exact, I'm an bookworm. I sat on a bench, and started reading the book.
I was reading peacefully. Soon, I felt someone's presence beside me. I didn't dare to look up from my book. Until I heard the guy beside me laugh. Annoyed by his laugh, I gave him a glare. He stopped it right after and gave me a smile. To be honest, he looked beautiful. I gave him a small smile. "Can you share the book with me?" I melted when he asked me with his puppy eyes. This guy is the cutest human being I ever saw. I just nodded at him. "I wanted to read this book for a long time" he said. I hummed in reply. "Will I ever get a chance to hear your sweet voice, beautiful lady?" He said. What is wrong with him? We just met. Is he flirting with me or something? Should I just stay quiet or reply to him?
"Hi" I said. That was the only word which left my mouth. I planned on saying something else. But as soon as I opened my mouth this is what I said. "Hii" he said. Being all cheerful and bubbly. I found this guy cute. "What's your name?" He asked with his cute smile. "Winter Scott" I answered. "Luis brown" he extended his hand of a handshake. And I did the same. "Um.. if you excuse me.. I gotta go right now" I said as I have him a mournful smile. "Hope we meet again" he replied.
