<NATO's POV>
After getting that update on ASEAN, we decided to pay him a visit.
By we I mean with UN and EU of course.
So we went in EU's car and drove off to the hospital. We rushed through red lights and sped up the hills.
Some folks were also walking on the road and we swerved past them. It then started to rain just before the traffic light.
Rain pored heavily and sidewalks turned to slippery floors. the leaves from trees just above us blew in the wind, landing on our windshield. EU who sat at the front pressed a button, activating the wipers. The leaves were then pushed out of the windshield and just in time before the traffic light turned green.
The roads became slippery and EU almost made the car skid into the pond when cornering left. "EU, how long more till we arrive? Our friend ASEAN is in the hospital and we need to hurry!" UN exclaimed.
"I dunno! This GPS is leading us to a..." EU replied, then raising his voice. "A TRAFFIC JAM?!"
Yes, we somehow ended up in a long traffic jam. The hospital was quite far and a car somehow crashed causing the 1 hour traffic jam.

*AT THE HOSPITAL*
Oh my god we finally arrived! Sitting in the traffic jam for an hour really soaked up the time we have left.
speaking of soaked, I got out of the car first and my clothes was soaking wet. UN then got an umbrella and covered EU and I as we made it through the rain.
We asked New Zealand where is ASEAN's ward and he guided us, going up the stairs , taking a lift and walking past sick people.
"Yeah these sick people are mostly old. They enjoy the quality based meds we gave them and half of them are making speedy recovery but Asean..." New Zealand explained. "His memory is erased."
"Fvck." I muttered under my breath. My friend got into an accident and then loses his memory.
I should have been the one who lost the memory instead to help ASEAN.
But...
It seems like he tried to end his depression and then got into a car accident.
As we arrived at ASEAN'S ward I was the first to go in and visit him. I saw the ASEAN wearing hospital clothes and he was plugged into an IV drip.
"I am sorry, but who are you?" ASEAN asked.
"i..." I mumbled. That was the first thing I could ever say to ASEAN.
After so many years of bonding and getting to know which country do we belong into I felt so sad and all..
Just loads and buckets of effort was put into our relationship to strengthen it.
But it ended.
Just right here.
