Nightmare

It was 4:30 in the morning, KS was leaving HM's house when she noticed an open room with lights on, as a police officer she went to check if everything is fine

To her surprise it was HM who was reading a book on a rocking chair with a half smoked cigarette in her hand

KS : Haseena jii?? Aap is waqt..?? Aur vo bhi is kamre me??

HM flinched with the sudden presence of a human she wasn't used to,

HM : Karishma Singh ese piche se ake kon chillata hai..

KS : me kaha chillayi...

HM : ise chillana hi kehte hai..

KS : acha thik hai, mafi chahte hai...Par aap is waqt yaha kya kar rahi hai...??

HM : ab mere ghar me bhi apse permission leni padegi muje ki muje kaha jana chahiye??

KS : are nahi mera matlab tha aap soyi nahi??

HM : apse matlab??

KS : matlab to kuch nahi par bas ese hi apko dekha is waqt yaha to puch liya...

HM : neend Puri ho gayi meri...!!

KS : itni jaldi??

HM : Haaa as usual...

KS with surprise : aap itna jaldi uthte hai.. Woww..

HM : sokh se nahi majburi se..

KS : matlab??

HM : matlab ye ke me roz nightmares ki vajah se jaldi uth jati hu aur fir muje neend nahi ati...

KS widening her eyes : roz??

HM : haaa roz...!!

KS : ese to kyaa nightmares ate hai vo bhi roz??

HM looked KS with Stern eyes : mere baap ho?? Nahi naa.. to apna kam karo aur jao yaha se..

KS ignored HM's rudeness : wese me soch rahi thi Ruhi ko apne sath le jau vo thoda ghum bhi legi..

HM : agar sabhal sakti ho use akele to le jao...

KS with hesitation : agar tum... matlab agar tum free ho aaj...I mean agar aaj koi hearing naa ho tumahri aur tum uth bhi gayi ho to...

HM stood up : to..??

KS nervously : to..to...I mean you can come with me..!!

HM : nahi...

KS : kyu??

HM : us seher se ab mera koi vasta nahi aur naa me vaha jana chahti hu..

KS didn't know what to say so she just nodded her head and started walking back, but suddenly HM remembered something...

HM : Karishma Singh rukye...!!

KS stopped in her track with hope in her eyes : Haaa Hassena jii boliye...

HM smirked : Karishma Singh... Ham kuch bhul nahi rahe??

KS with a confused face : kyaa??

HM evilly smirked and slapped KS hard, for a moment KS blanked out

HM with a smirk : kal to apko thappad marna reh hi gaya tha...

KS gained back consciousness and looked at HM with disbelief

HM slapped KS again...

HM smiled evilly : haa ab tum jaa sakti ho... Ho gaya mera..!!

KS gave her Stern look : Ehsaan apka...!!
