I walk down the halls as fast as possible to get to my lunch table before the weirdos can steal it. I still male a point to not run though, nothing is more annoying than people running through the halls. I plop my ass down putting my belongings in front of other seats so no one steals them.

Slowly my friends join me. First, Marjorine joins. The most cheerful girl I have ever met. Even though she has a troubled home life she still shares kindness with everyone she can. I truly admire her for it.

Next Tweek joins. This boy has been tormented for years by Cartman for his twitching but over the past couple years it has toned down a lot, much of it is thanks to Craig Tucker. When they got together freshman year Craig's laid back personality and rational thinking has rubbed off on Tweek.

Lastly Token walks up and takes his seat next to me. Token is still a bit of a mystery to me. He seems nice but for some reason he hasn't opened up to the friend group. He just sorta joined one day and no one asked any questions.

Once everyone places their bags in their seats we make our way up to the lunch line.

"Hey fellas!" Marjorine says in her usual cheerful tone.

"Hey Marjie, how was your date last night?" Tweek asked, peeking his head out from behind Craig.

"Oh gee it was great! I never would have guessed, but Kenny is really a gentleman. He took me to grab some ice cream and we talked at Starks Pond for hours. I did get grounded for staying out past curfew but it was worth it."

As Marjorine finishes her recap of her date she has the smallest smile spread on her face, not one that you fake for someone else, or one caused by a joke, but a genuine love filled smile.

"Wow Marjorine you sound like you're really into him." I state simply, but everyone knew there was more to come. "But I don't want you to get hurt. Do you want to talk to him and make sure he knows not to hurt you?"

"That's sweet of you to offer KyKy but there's no need. I don't think Kenny would hurt me. Not on purpose at least" Once Marjorine finishes her sentence she gives a quick smile then heads back to the table with her lunch.

We all quickly follow after once we put our lunch codes in to pay for our food. At first the table is silent, everyone is either on their phones doing whatever it is they like to do in their free time, or they are doing last minute homework before our last classes of the day.

I finished my food so I could go to the bathroom before it fills up with guys vaping and trying to start fights. Once I got in there I walked into a stall and sat down on a seat. I pull my hat off my head and rub my scalp gently up and down. I know it probably looks weird on the outside but it really helps me calm myself when I'm feeling anxious, and anything is better than... that.

The most annoying part of all of this is I don't understand why I'm anxious. Nothing wrong has happened today, in fact it's been a very good day compared to usual yet I can't stop this feeling bubbling up in my chest.

As I continue thinking about my situation I feel it getting worse until I hear a thud and I'm snapped out of it trying to make it sound like I wasn't on the verge of hyperventilating, the last thing I need is for Cartman to find out and make it worse.

I try to focus on what is happening outside of the stall to distract myself from how I currently feel. I pick up on two different voices but I struggle to make out who it is. From the few words I could make out I pieced together that someone was dealing drugs to students. I roll my eyes at the realization and decide to just wait it out then make a break for the door and avoid bathrooms for the rest of the day because the last thing I want is to be caught shitting while someone is dealing.

I heard the door open and close followed by a long moment of silence so I opened the stall door so I could wash my hands. Even though I didn't go to the bathroom I still have enough common sense to wash my hands. Afterall there are millions of germs just on the lock of the stall. On my way to the sinks I accidentally bump into someone and I freeze.
