After the court case hearing and imprisonment of Pankhuri's Culprits, so many things has changed in those 6 years, Rathi family had to face a lot of embarrassment, Those people were boycotted by the their whole community. Even the society whom Kishori had more concern always was more than her grand-daughters the same society turned its back on her family, all the relatives left their side, except for a couple of neighbours, till date no one talks to them. All this humiliation could not tolerate by Ishwar's weak heart and he died due to heart attack with in the one year of court case hearing. Tulika also applied for divorce, Sanjay was not at all shocked because he already expected that something like this is going to happen, he was hurt he didn't want to lose his love Tulika and his daughter again but he had also lost the right to apologize to both of them and to plead for a second chance So he simply sign the divorce papers with heavy heart.
After giving birth to her baby Pankhuri again shift back to Kolkata to her Maternal Grandmother house with her maa, baby and Maanyata. And by the recommendation of Mr Gill her previous boss of Delhi office she got a job in Kolkata city and also enroll Maanyata in one of the best college of Kolkata. Maanyata was so ashamed of his brother's deed that she couldn't able to see in Pankhuri's eyes for a long time, When Pankhuri for the first time asked her to accompany her to Kolkata she refused by saying this, she is responsible for what his brother has done after that how can she become burden on on her by staying with her, but when Tulika explained to her that she's no where in fault what Anant did and make her understand like a mother, then only Maanyata get agreed and came back to Kolkata with Pankhuri and Tulika
When Pankhuri baby grown up into 2 years old Pankhuri enroll herself in M.com and complete her master degree and after few years too get promotion in her office. Now in Kolkata at the colony every Neighbours look towards Tulika and Pankhuri with respect they got the lesson that clothes or religion don't define the character of the person every people who eat nonveg are not bad in the same way every people who eat veg are not good everyone mothers or elders give good upbringing to their children it's all depends upon the thinking of the children what to choose, right path or wrong path. Now Pankhuri, Tulika, Maanyata and Pankhuri's baby live in the Ghosh house and have created their own happy world in those 6 years.
Inside The Colony:
It was evening time when Pankhuri enter inside the colony and saw that some commotion is going at outside of Rathi house. Or we can say that one of the neighbour woman is yelling at Kishori and Sanjay is trying to control the situation.
Neighbour woman - Kishori you yourself have not been able to give the right values to your granddaughter and are raising the finger of my granddaughter's character?
Kishori truly felt embarassed listening the neighbour woman words but again she try to explain her "I saw your granddaughter with a punk looking boy in the garden standing very close to him and talking and laughing with him, so I felt right to tell you".

Kishori lowered her head in shame and tears started brimming in her eyes listening the accusation and insult now she got to know that how Tulika and Pankhuri must have felt when everyone including her always pointed fingers in her upbringing and character. Sanjay can't able to see her mother hung down head and tears and spoke
Sanjay - Kaki why are you talking like this to maa? Why are you blaming maa for Shruti's sins?
Neighbour woman - because the upbringing of that despicable girl was done by your mother.
