Everett hugged the tired Eclipse while I cried my eyes out. Pilot was okay and for once, I think he felt sorry for me. The police arrived incredibly fast, but by the time they safely got there, they were long gone. Along with my dearest horse. Frederick and I were interrogated by the police. I kept my word and promised that I won't say anything that would put him into trouble. It turned out that Frederick only helped his uncle, because his sister was very sick and he refused to help the family for free. I paid him from the money I earned in the last competition. Domino was gone, and so was a part of the money. I wanted to be alone for a very long time, so I drove into the city to have something to eat and drink in secret. I didn't want to look into anybody's eyes. Everett's happy smile as he hugged his horse, or Diana's happiness, which she tried to hide, or the police and especially to the arriving vet.

The bar I was in, seemed to be completely new and renovated, its name was Western Secrets. The music wasn't too loud and perfect to relax.

-What can I get for you? Asked the bartender.

-A burger, fries and two cokes. Put a martini next to it as well.

The bartender crouched to get a drink and a photo appeared behind him.

-Is that.... Everett?? - I asked pointing at the picture.

-You know my brother? He works at a reserve.

-I know your brother! I just had no idea he had a sibling.

-Well... now you know.

-Is your entire family into horses or bars? Oh. I'm Emilia.

-Nice to meet you, I'm Jeremie.

-Let me show it to you.

I was shocked at what I saw, when he grabbed a new picture.

-This is my aunt, this is Everett, mom, dad, Carla and me. I have another brother, but he is more into bikes. Beside me and him, my entire family is into horses and always has been. -then another picture came.

-Here they are riding. The horse's name are Fritz, Deon, Eclipse, Polar and...

-Domino... - I continued the sentence in disbelief.

-Yeah. He was Carla's horse. But she died in a car crash, more like a truck crash while riding on Domino. The horse got scared of something and jumped on the road.

-That's why he is afraid of cars...- Jamie continued without hearing me.

-But we decided not to keep him. Carla was obsessed with that horse, and our mother blamed him. My brother decided to release it in the reserve, but apparently it wasn't big enough for him and wandered off. Not like I care...

-So you blame him.

-Yeah. But we weren't that cruel to give that cow-like to our aunt.

-Why not?

-Because horses are just business for her. She places them in her ranch and later trades them for money, mostly overseas or in a foreign country. She wanted Domino, but in the end Carla got her. That's why she ended up dead.

Then I made a conclusion and a tiny bit of hope as the fire arose in me with a new will.

-Which ranch? - I shouted at her.

-Umm... Dandelion?

-I rushed to my car and while typing the name in the GPS I called the cops.

Maybe he is still there somewhere... maybe they didn't take him. I overspeeded a lot, but I didn't care at all. The Dandelion ranch wasn't very far at all. It took me a few minutes to get there. The gate was closed, so I literally ran over it with the car. I will apologise later to grandpa for the car. A caretaker heard the crash and came over to me.
