Mei and Junkrat had been working together on a project for hours. It was late, and they were both getting exhausted.

Suddenly, Mei's head drooped, and she fell asleep on Junkrat's shoulder.
Junkrat, who was deeply engrossed in work, was startled by the sudden weight on his shoulder.

He at first stiffened, unused to physical contact or even tenderness from others. Junkrat couldn't help but smirk at the sight of Mei sound asleep on his shoulder. He gently nudged her, hoping she would wake up. "Mei? Mei, wake up," he whispered.

Mei stirred but didn't fully wake up. Junkrat sighed and decided to let her rest a bit longer. He continued working on their project, occasionally glancing down at Mei to make sure she was still asleep.

For a while, Junkrat continued to work, doing his best to keep quiet and focus despite the distraction of Mei's presence. But eventually, he too began to feel the weight of exhaustion. He wanted nothing more than to crawl into bed and close his eyes, but he knew they had to finish this project.

It wasn't until hours later, when the project was finally complete, that he realized how exhausted he truly was. He looked over at Mei's soft breathing and the gentle rise and fall of her chest. He couldn't help but grin at how peaceful she looked in her sleep.
