Chapter 6: Broadway

(Y/P): I woke up the next morning thinking of the date me and Robert had last night. It was so nice and I love him so much and I hope that our relationship never ends. After Daydreaming about Robert, I got off my bed and put some eggs on the stove. As my eggs cooked, I got dressed. Ugh I don't know what to wear, maybe this, oh yes this. I picked out a grey sweater with floral print shorts and some white converse. After getting in my outfit, which I loved dearly, I got the eggs off the stove and gobbled them down, and sprinted out the door.

I ran to the taxi that was parked outside to take me to town square. Today is the day I go and look around New York City and shop and try to meet new people. As the taxi stopped at the stoplight, I looked out the window to see a ginormous sign that said "Broadway additions today, anyone can come and try to addition to be the next Broadway stay at 3576 South York Street." My eyes burst open as I told the driver to go to the location on the sign. "Why are you heading there" he said as the stoplight turned green, "I need to addition for this, this is why I came to New York" I said as he laughed and rolled his eyes and drove off.

After a long drive, we finally made it to the place where stars are born, Broadway. I just couldn't believe when I got out of the car see York Square right in front of me. It's one of the most famous Broadway auditoriums in New York. After staring at the sign like a dummy, I walked in the York Square to see a huge stage and billions of seats where I see three men sitting. As I walk to the stage a man slides out of the curtains, it's Rodrigo. " Hello (Y/N), it's nice to see you here auditioning I hope" he said as I looked in shock. I never knew that he worked for this company, I wish that I had asked him earlier. After Talking in my head, I walk onto the stage to get handed a stack of papers that had lines for me to read. "Read theses lines off the script, try to ha e expression and a face" he said as I took my jacket off and started to say my lines. "Oh, hello I haven't seen you in years, how are you doing" I read as the three me looked surprised. I hope I'm not doing bad. "That was great" one of the men said as the other clapped with joy. "Your in" another one of the men said as they claimed up to the stage. " hello I'm Bret, and this is Richard and Larson" they said as I said my name and shock their hand. "Very nice to meet you (Y/N), so we believe you have the potential to be on Broadway and to be a star on Broadway, how would you like to join our family" they said as I screamed in my head an nodded and shock their hands again and ran out of the auditorium in excitement.

'I can't wait to tell Robert' I said in my head as I pulled out my phone and dialed Roberts number. "Hello" Robert said as I smiled. "Hello I miss you, but I need to tell you something" I said as he gasped in the phone. "Are you hurt, did you meet Selena Gomez,what is it" he said in excitement and fear that I was hurt. "No, I just got accepted to be on Broadway!" I said in exit meant as the phone grew silent. "Oh my gosh (Y/N), that is amazing I want to see you on stage looking as gorgeous as usual, and act your heart out, but not literally" he said as I laughed and called for a taxi. "I got to go, bye babe" I said as he laughed and said the same thing. As I hung up the phone, the taxi rushed up to the edge of the side walk. I hoped in and we drive off to explore more of New York City .

(Robert/P): As I hung up the phone I couldn't believe that (Y/N) to a job on Broadway, it's just so exiting to see my girl on the way to fame. Wait, but if she's famous will she still love me, or will she break up with me to date another more rich and more handsomer man. The question rolled in my head lien two dice being thrown, one with solutions, and one with questions.

As I started to think about this my phone started to ring, it was my boss. "Hey Robert, I was wondering if you could come to work for two hours to fill in for Jack, he went home sick and he needs stuff done so can you come in" he said as I signed and said yes and hung up the phone. Well, I guess my off day has to wait. As I still have the question ms pondering in my head, I get my suit on, grab my suit case, and head out the door.

(Y/P): After driving for hours, I finally made it to the mall. I was so happy to see what the mall brings to me because I've been saving for this moment, and here it is. As I finish talking to myself, I walk in seeing a ginormous variety of shops and food stands everywhere. It's time to shop.

Walking through the mall I see a Victoria Secret in the corner of my eye. As I start to walk to it I get stopped by a women in a black dress and blue heels. "Hello ma'am, would like to take a quick survey" she said as I looked at her face. She seemed so familiar, I nodded as I walked to her booth and kept looking at her. Oh my gosh, it's Scarlet, my high school best friend.

"Wait, aren't you Scarlet" I said as she turned around with a shocked look on her face. "Yes, and you are" She said Ina confused tone. "It's me, (Y/N), your high school best friend remember" I said as she smiled starting to remember. "Yes, oh my gosh, hey (Y/N) I've missed you, so what are you doing here" she said as she leaned in for a hug and I hugged her back. "I moved here from Cincinnati, our home town, and I've missed you to and I've been wondering where you've moved since after graduation" I said as she smiled at me and grabbed a paper and pen. "That's great, sorry for not telling you, here's the survey" she said as I said. "It's ok" and took the survey.

(Robert/P): I finally finished work, and I can't wait for this day to end so I can have my week off. After complaining to myself, my phone started to buzz in my pocket. As I take it out I see is (Y/N) and answer it right away. "Hello beautiful" I said as she said hello back in an exited voice. "Hello babe, guess what I saw Scarlet here at the mall" she said as my eyes burst open as I realized, I dated her in high school. Oh no.
