3:00pm

Jaemin had just entered his room after spending the last hour or so in the gym. He was bored and Jieun wasn't coming home anytime soon so he decided to work out. It worked a bit as it cured his boredom, but all he could think about whilst exercising was Jieun. God, what spell did she put on him to make him this wrapped around her fingers.

He sat down on his bed and was about to lay down when he sees a note sitting peacefully on his nightstand. This immediately alarmed him as he thought that it was another threatening note, about to open his phone and call Jieun when he spots something written at the bottom of the note.

His alarm senses was switched off as he took the letter in his hand and read through it.

Hi Jaemin,
I finally came to a conclusion with my feelings. After thinking about it for a few days, I realised that I was wrong the whole time. I'd like to talk about it with you, and give you an answer to your confession
Could we meet at ××××××

He smiles at the letter. He doesn't know exactly why he was smiling like a damn fool right now. Jieun probably told him to throw out any letters because she wrote something for him.
It all seemed too good to be real, he wanted to go to the place written on the note and meet her right now but what if it was all just a huge prank. But there was a possibility that Jieun might finally give him an answer.

Besides ever since she left, nothing bad has happened to him. So why not go out to get a bit of a breather right?
Jaemin quickly took a jacket out from his closet before making his way out of his room and down the stairs.

A wide smile crept it's way on someone's face as they watched as Jaemin went down the stairs and leaving the house. The first part of their plan working successfully.

3:15pm

Jaemin had just arrived at the meeting spot. It was by a lake behind the grand park. He patiently waits there for Jieun's arrival. Staring at the lake and his reflection. Somehow the excited feeling that he felt when he read the note had turned into apprehension. He started to doubt the letter. First of all, Jieun always seemed to end her sentences with a full-stop, but that letter did not even end with any full stops. It was also weird how she'd write him a letter to begin with. She usually notifies him through messages and would text him her whereabouts, seeing as she was a very straight forward person.

*the sound of footsteps brought him out of his daze. Jaemin looking back, expecting to see Jieun.
"Jieun you're-"

He sees a figure of a man wearing a mask as they ran towards him. Jaemin alerted as he manages to hold onto the mysterious figures hand, stopping them from doing anything to him. But he failed to realise that there was another figure that had suddenly appear behind him. They must have went out of their hiding spot when they spotted their other alliance running towards Jaemin. Giving him a false impression that the person was about to attack him.

The figure behind him had manage to hold onto both of Jaemin's hand and pinned him down to the ground, restricting him from moving, before they covered his mouth with a cloth containing a type of anesthesia to put him to sleep.

"This is the place where the letter said the meeting spot would be at." Jieun stated once she and her family members had arrived at the destination that was contained in the letter.
"Search for any clues that was left behind." Their father instructed as both Jieun and Jisung nodded their heads before inspecting the place.
