11. Strict Rules

Jimin and Jungkook got out of his car and made their way towards Jungkook's apartment.

They were in the parking lot with lots of black expensive looking cars parked all around.

"Why do all the people living here own black cars?" Jimin questioned out of curiosity.

"They are all mine." Jungkook answered with a straight face.

"Huh? All of these? Yours?" Jimin was shocked.

"Yes these cars and this entire building is mine but I prefer to live in my penthouse." Jungkook felt different while answering this. He has never before took anyone to this apartment. It's really private and only people who are extremely close to Jungkook have an access to it.

Why was he taking Jimin here when he could've easily taken him to a spare apartment in public area for showcasing their relationship.

Could he trust Jimin this easily to show him his personal place? Will Jimin also betray him like she did?

Jungkook bought this apartment when he was still healing from the heartbreak and betrayal Kat gave him. He just wanted to get away from the world, so he bought this building in the outskirts of the city with very private and exclusive environment.

It had every necessary amenity in here.
A full on movie theatre, a really big swimming pool with a hot tub, an underground swimming pool, a gaming area, garden with natural flowers and plants, and much more. It was like livivng in a resort.

They were now out og the lift and entering Jungkook's penthouse. Jimin was in awe of the interior and architecture. No wonder Jungkook was one of the best architect in the entire country. He must have designed his place too.

Jungkook broke Jimin's fascination, "You can take the room on the right. Mine is that one so if you need anything don't inform me. Guards and other helpers are on this floor till 8 at night then they go downstairs but if you need them just push a small white button beside your night lamp and they will be alerted. There are some rules and regulations, first freshen up then Su-hyuk will explain them to you." With that being said Jungkook walked off behind towards his room which was on the upper level of the penthouse.

"Rules this rules that...bla...bla...and bla. Oh god does this man ever smile or is he always this grumpy? I hate him." Jimin whispered while rolling his eyes.

"Well the feelings are mutual Mr. Park." He immediately got the reply from Jungkook who was now standing behind him. Jimin's eyes widened in realisation. Wait? Did his boss heard him. Oh no! why was he always stuck in these stupid situations? He turned towards Jungkook with a awkward smile and a little hehe look on his face.

"Umm...Mr. Jeon I-I wasn't...I didn't mean to..." Jimin wasn't able to complete and Jungkook interupted him, "It's alright. I just came back to return you your phone, you left it in my car and I had kept it in my pocket to give it to you but I forgot."

Lie. White lie. Jungkook took his phone in the party to give it to Yoongi so he can add a spyware on Jimin's phone. Jungkook wanted to do it to be sure and beware of his connections and what was Jimin's motive.

Jimin took the phone and rushed to his room to avoid any more awkward interactions with Jungkook.

Jimin had now showered and went back to the family area where he saw Su-hyuk waiting for him. He was a handsome and tall built man. Probably taller than Jungkook. He was smart and those black formals looked good on him.

"Hello, I am Jimin." Jimin sat down on the couch and signalled him to take a seat.

"Hello sir. I am Su-hyuk. I will explain you all the rules regarding the house since you will live here. If you face any incovinences we all are 24/7 available for your service." He handed Jimin a sheet with a fancy font covering all the 13 rules and regulations of the house.
