I walked down the stairs when the lunch bell rang and sat on the right corner of the bench. Ayden's friends Chloe and Shawn were sitting on the right side, Chloe was on facetime with some girl named Hope. i hear her mumbling things about Ayden and his ex Cody.
Ayden and Cody started dating in year 9, but once they got to highschool in year 10 Cody started dating every guy who he found out was in the closet about being gay. Ayden hasn't dated anyone since and I don't know if he likes anyone now. that was a year ago.
"hey" Chloe tapped me on the shoulder, i looked up. "can we talk in private for a minute?"
"uh, yeah?" I said, and i followed her to this spare classroom down near the music hall.
she locked the door before locking eyes with me.
"my friend, Ayden Campbell, he wants to play a prank on logen and preston because they keep calling him 'bitchless', you probably know where this is going?" Chloe said.
this has happened so many times but never directly from someone in Aydens closest friend group.
"how would it go?" I said, curious.
"he said you would go on a fake date, but its not really a date its like a get-to-know-eachother. then you'll fake date until one of you gets a boyfriend" Chloe said.
"i guess I'll do it" I said, maybe this could be how I could get more liked.
"I'll tell Ayden, what's your snap so i could give it to him?" Chloe asked.
"y/nsnaps" i said, Chloe nodded. then the bell rung, indicating that lunch ended.
