Jungkook has already indulged himself in building his corporation, so you always get bored and therefore decided to kill time by doing a part-time job. That's what reason you gave to Jungkook, but secretly you were helping him financially, a little help.

Mrs. Jeon wanted to meet her son and daughter-in-law, so she called you and him to the dinner, where Mrs. Jeon gave you more attention than her own son, he definitely, got jealous, and he complained to his dad how his mother is not paying attention to him but was of no use. "Son takes life lessons, once a mother gets a daughter, then there is no going back, and once a father gets his daughter then don't even think of getting attention..." With that Mr. Jeon also paid all his attention to you, leaving Jungkook suckling.

"Wow....mom has given so much food..." you said.

"Hmmm..." Jungkook hummed.

"Seems like she missed us so much..."

"She missed 'us', she missed only you...all the time mom was asking about you and your health, 'omg y/n...you got so skinny...are you not eating properly? Are you not taking care of yourself?....oh my poor daughter' she didn't even bother to ask about my health...I have also got skinny" He cried like a jealous kid.

"Are you jealous?" You laughed.

"No, I am not...." He denied, crunching his nose.

"Yes...you are...awww....is my husband is jealous, cause his mother loves me more than his own son...." You teased him. Your laugh echoed in the empty alley.

"Hey!!! Isn't it Dan" Jungkook said.

"Yes!!! He is cycling again late at night....her grandmother again gonna scold him." Dan is the grandson of your landlord, Dan loves cycling too much that most of the night he rides his bike in the nearby locality, for which he always gets scolded by his grandmother, but Dan hardly cares.

Jungkook was about to call Dan, from far when a minivan aggressively stopped in front of Dan and forcefully pushed him inside the car. "Dan.." you shouted his name, everything happened in a span of seconds it took you minutes to process the incident. Your brain restarted when you heard Jungkook shouting, "Call the police" and from the front of your eyes, he picked up someone's resting bicycle and started following the kidnapper's car.

Jungkook paddles the cycle as fast as he can in order to meet the speed of the minivan. The kidnappers were unaware of him. The speed of car was fast and it was getting hard for Jungkook to catch them, he only wished that till the time you had called the police and informed them, but he didn't know that planned something else.

Jungkook almost lost the kidnappers when a car stopped beside him. "Hope in," you said. You were grateful that shifting with him, at least you brought a car with you.

The kidnapper's car stopped in front of an abandoned building, and you parked your car at a distance in the dark, making sure nobody noticed.

Five men get out of the car, carrying unconscious Dan with them.

"You wait here, I will go inside," Jungkook said.

"I will come along," you said

"No...it's dangerous"

"I know.... that's why I am coming with you"

"Try to understand y/n.....it will be stupidity for both of us going inside"

"And it was stupidity, following a high-speed minivan with a bicycle."

You and Jungook bicker inside the car for a good five minutes before entering the building. "Did you call the police?" Jungkook asked.
