Entre oon: Septembre twelfþe, MCC LXXXIV

Today was a most wondrous day, for I have discovered something that has forever changed my understanding of the world. Whilst gazing upon the stars in the night sky, I espied a curious rune that seemed to be written in the very fabric of the heavens. I knew not what it meant or whence it came, but I felt a stirring within my soul that bade me to investigate further.

Thus did I take up my quill and draw the rune upon a piece of parchment, copying it as best I could from the heavens above. To my great astonishment, the rune began to glow with a faint light, and then suddenly it burst forth into a sphere of brilliant radiance that illuminated the entire room! I was bathed in its holy glow, and I knew that I had discovered something truly magical.

I have dubbed these runes "Picto-Glyphs". I cannot yet decipher their true purpose.

I shall continue to study these Picto-Glyphs and document my findings, for I feel that they may be of great import to all who seek knowledge and understanding. Mayhaps someday, others shall look upon these Picto-Glyphs with wonder and amazement, just as I do now.
