This is a story of a character named Kai going on a journey to the galar region and getting his starter there. what starter will he get? your going to have to read to find out!
"Hey Goh, can we battle?"......."Sure I guess, but just having a scorbunny won't cut it." Says Goh in a serious way. The way that Goh said that made Kai get a little nervous, he didn't want what happened before with team rocket to happen again...so he said with full determination " ME and my partner are ready!" Kai said that with a smile on his face, Ash and Goh smiled too. They both ran to a near by stadium and stood at there places, Goh didn't want to go hard on Kai so he decided "Hey Kai! I'm going to use scizor! Be ready!" As Goh said that Kai knew that scorbunny would have the type advantage. So he was hoping that him and scorbunny would win. "You're on.." Kai said while throwing scorbunny out of its pokeball, and of course Goh threw out scizor, and the battle began both pokemon using quick attack. "Use x sizor!" Goh said and scizor did it hurting scorbunny really bad making him lay on the floor.
"SCORBUNNY" Kai said while almost crying. "This is it? How are you supposed to be Ash rival?" Said Goh sounding like keawye. Ash noticed this and said "Hey Goh maybe your going to hard on him" Goh said in return "Ash this isn't for you it's me and Kai right now..." while Kai kept screaming "SCORBUNNY WERE NOT DONE YET, COME ON WE CAN STILL WIN!" While scorbunny got up and screamed a blue aura started to come around it. Kai's eyes started to sparkle! And just as it came....

A SHINY RABOOT!!!?? "NO WAY!" Kai said on shock, "That's great! Ash said smiling, "That really reminds me of you cinderace!" Goh said "CINDER!" Gohs goal all along was to make Kai's scorbunny evolve and surprise it worked. "Now I'm getting chills..: Goh said. "Now use ember!" Kai said will full determination. And raboot listend, ending of scizor before Goh could say a thing. "Scizor is unable to battle!" Ash said. "Wow your really good!" Said Goh. "Thanks I really appreciate it!" Said Kai. "Hey Ash?" Goh said. "Hm?" Ash said confused, "can I continue to go on a journey with you...?" Goh said while looking down...."of course! Kai can use your help to get stronger too!".."Thanks Ash.." Said Goh, "I have an idea! Get all the pokemon you need because we're going to alola!" Said Ash. "Sure!" Said Goh. "What's alola?" Said Kai, "You'll have to come find out!"

"I'm so excited! Are you too raboot?" Said Kai while looking at raboot, although raboot was excited he didn't want to show it. "I get this part..He's in his awkward stages" Said Goh "his what?".." It's a stage where he acts differently!, that's what happens to cinderace," saod Goh while cinderace was picking up raboot. "I have a gift for you" said Goh. "What's up?" Said Kai "some ultraballs, it will make it super esay to catch pokemon!" Goh said while smiling. "Wow really? Thanks!" Kai said that while putting them in his bag, "I TOLD YOU NOT TO DO THAT YOU IDIOT" *slap*, They all turned to see what happened it was a male Kirlia, and it's trainer who broke the pokeball making the Kirlia have no trainer... Kai instantly ran in to help it. Here is what happend. Kai steps in front of the man as he tried to hit Kirlia again. While the kirlia grabs his leg. "What are you doing with my pokemon!?" Says (...) "I'm saving its like from horrible people like you, pokemon are not punching bags!!" Said Kai obviously being angry. "UGH" and the man ran away. "Are you okay little buddy?" Said Kai as Goh and Ash walked up to them and asked if he was okay. He said he was and was worried about the kirlia, but a pokeball slipped out of his bag and hit the male kirlia. Catching it and making it apart of his team. "Oh no, I'm no sorry" as he threw it out. But instead of being mad it was happy?
"Oh? I guess it wanted me to" said Kai, "hey I have a dawn stone did you want to use it?" Said Goh. "It's up to you kirlia..." Said Kai, kirlia grabbed it making it evole into a gallade! And they all smiled "welcome gallade to the team! Said Kai "and now we're on our way to alola,!"
What adventures will Ash, Goh, and Kai have in alola? You'll just have to wait and find out...The Journey Continues...
