**Hermione's pov**
I walk into Defence of the Dark arts after having an argument with Ron, instead of sitting next to him like I usually do I sighed before sitting down in the only available seat, next to Draco Malfoy. I groan before sitting down getting my books out
"Psst Granger" Draco whispers to me
"What do you want Malfoy?" I turn to face him as I sit up, he is inches from my face, he had leaned over towards me. I shove him back to his seat
"Why are you sitting back here and not with your boyfriend, Weasel Bee?" he looked forward at Ron before looking back at me
"Oh erm..yeah we aren't really that great right now, I'd rather not sit next to him right now, is it okay if I sit here or are you going to throw a fit?" I felt a sting in my eyes, I blinked causing the tears I didn't know were forming to fall down my cheeks, I quickly wiped my face, I couldn't let him see me cry
"As if I would throw a fit, You need somewhere to sit other than beside Weasel Bee then so be it" he sat back into his seat properly keeping his eyes on me "What happened between you two anyway?" he ignored my tears not wanting to upset me apperently
"That's surprising" I let out a soft sigh "Accusing me of cheating when i haven't and never would..unless..no" I shook my head
"People change, or try really hard to at least. What what the unless about? What are you thinking about Granger?"
