Percy Jackson, Successor of Chaos

Chapter 1: How it all happened

Percy's POV:

I was lying in my bed when I had a sudden flashback of when it all happened.

Flashback:

I was chillin on the field when I heard a scream and went to check it out. I saw a kid about 3 years younger than me running away from a hellhound. I went to go and help the kid but he caught me offguard by pushing me and grabbed my sword while I was trying to get up. After the kid took my sword he started to randomly swing the sword in every direction until he happened to kill the hellhound. And trust me when I say he didn't know where he was looking. After that situation happened a crowd started to form in the background with my girlfriend Annabeth, Chiron, and a bunch of my other friends. Once the kid turned around, he said to everyone that I didn't bother to help him and just threw my sword to him so he can kill it himself, which was a lie. But somehow everyone believed him except for Thalia and Nico.

            Timeskip

It's the afternoon 1 month after the kid, who turned out to be the son of Demeter, is making my life a living Tartarus. Sometimes I feel like leaving but I don't wanna leave Thalia and Nico here by themselves. I know you're probably asking "what about Annabeth Percy?" Well surprisingly she cheated on me the first day he ame to camp (By the way his name Connor), anyway I don't really care about that to be honest, all my emotions died away along with our relationship. So here I am packing cuz im sick and tired of this camp and all of em "short bus kids" (By the way short bus kids means dumb, stupid, or slow. SORRY GUYS THIS WILL BE THE LAST INTERRUPTION, NO PROMISES BUT I'LL TRY), anyway Thalia and Nico said that they finna come with me, so I agreed. Now we be roamin the streets of New York tryna survive, and trust me when I say, we be doin really good.

While we were running away from some monsters like the Minotaur, hellhounds, and other types of monsters, something really crazy happened. There was a bright light and a dragon appeared. It was the coolest thing you'd ever see. It had red and black scales, at least 10 feet long and had blazing red eyes with specks of black floating around. I was amazed, unlike Thalia

Flashback over

I was done reliving my flashback when I heard a knock on my door. I was frustrated cuz I wanted to go back to sleep but I just couldn't. So I decided to get up and opened the door, and it turned out it was Thalia, who I happened to develop a crush on but I didn't have the heart to tell her in fear of getting rejected. She said that chaos had a mission for me and I had to go to the planet 800. I groaned, I guess out loud judging from Thalia's expression. They alll know I hate that planet. But I decided to get it over with and deal with it fast. (A.N what I didn't mention is that perce has teleportation for long distance travelling). So I travelled there, defeated the enemies, and teleported back and decided to watch a movie. But Luke decided that was the right time to flick me in the ear so me obviously frustrated I smacked him in the eye, and he screamed in pain, which I enjoyed. While he was recovering from getting smacked I got up and ran to the basketball court cuz I was in the mood for some basketball, and trust me when I say that I can destroy anyone in a game of 1v1. After a session of basketball, I decided to go to sleep cuz I love sleeping almost more then anything ( key word almost ). But I'm not gonna get into that. Anyway, I went to sleep for about 2 hours and woke up to the sound of screaming. Annoyed, I went downstairs to check what was happening, and found that everyone was fighting each other. Obviously I found this entertaining so I grabbed some popcorn and soda and grabbed a seat. Guess at some point they started throwing stuff, and they ended up hitting me in the face, and once I was hit 5 times I became irritated, so I ran around everyone and sucked the oxygen out of the air to suffocate them. Once they were choking I stopped. "Wtf are y'all doing while I'm tryna sleep?" I asked frustrated. They responded with "We were playing video games and we started getting annoyed with each other and next thing we knew we were fighting each other." And because of that I was woken up, guess I'm gonna have a killer headache since I didn't finish my nap. BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP. That was the alarm that signals an attack on the planet.

Alright guys, that's the end of the chapter I purposely left it on a cliffhanger for some suspense. And I just wanted to say thx to those who put this story in their library, it means a lot. I won't be posting as often because of summatives (final course work) and exams. So I would appreciate it if u guys would be patient and stick around till the end of this book. Alright so I'll be leaving now and remember I don't own the characters only Rick riordan does and I only own the plot and extra characters that I make in future chapters if I do make them.
