Wonder Boy Book #1

Ch. 1 Origin

*This story starts in the year 1995 as the justice league is now newly established and have had a ongoing war with Darkseid and his parademons*

After the Great War with Darkseid, Diana took it upon herself to find a way of peace from the aroma of battle. In this peaceful vacation she had reconnected with her fellow Amazonia's  as well as her mother Hippolyta, but she did not feel the great happiness that she was eager for. So after she had taken the opportunity to find her love Steve Trevor, though as this takes place hundreds of years from when they last met she had instead found his offspring Steve Trevor Jr. who looked almost exactly like her Steve in his later 20s but only difference being the fact that he had blonde hair. They had a quite mutual connection as Steve Jr. and Diana had kindled a more loving relationship which in return was what Diana was always wanting for herself as she missed having someone she could trust and care for. Steve Jr. then would offer to have her hand in marriage and to settle somewhere far from the city and as the eager Diana did she accepted this marriage. After settling in on April 4th of 2004 the birth of Drake Samuel Trevor would take place.
As the call to be a mother for Diana didn't partake well with her, Steve Jr. was greatly ecstatic to finally have a child more in particular a son. Though Drake's powers didn't register as a baby and he was more of  a "ordinary baby" just like Steve Jr., he was a very happy baby as he never cried only when in distress, bathroom accidents, etc. but overall Drake would almost be described as the perfectly happy baby. In his childhood Drake grew dark brown hair as his mother and have iceberg blue eyes like his father,
he would be sent to a public school and instead would be timid and very introverted as he didn't like to be around people most of the time, but for some reason would find happiness in those enjoying themselves which almost sounds like something he got form his mother. Though like all super-kids he would witness something horrid as Wonder Woman's foes have reemerged from being in jail or hiding as an attack by the villain known as Blue Snowman would result in the death of Steve Trevor Jr. as he would die from a frozen building collapsing on him. This devastate both Drake and his mother Wonder Woman, to keep Drake safe Diana would seek the guidance and approval by her Queen Hippolyta to keep Drake on the island of Themyscira. Drake would only be 8-years of age after the lost of his father and being taken away from the world of man to train and become something he never wanted.
At the age of 11 Drake would have his first lesson of defensive striking with one of Wonder Woman's sidekicks known as Wonder Girl but would be later called Donna Troy. He was quite a fast learner as most of the attacks where quite tedious as Drake was slowly realizing that he was moving quite quickly to maneuver around Donna's attacks.

" You sure you didn't inherit any powers little wonder?", Donna would ask.

"I don't think I did Miss Troy", Drake would say in a exhausted but quite voice.

After their fight, Drake would run around the island as if it was his own personal playground. He would then discover the Library of the Amazons which holds all the archives and text of all the books the gods have written.  He would read most of these books but only the ones that pertain to the elements of magic as Drake had grew a fascination toward this type of power. Like his mother he would visit this place often to read and learn about the gods and his grandfather Zeus as he sat in his grandmothers lap as she embraced her grandson.

" Will mama come visit me grandma Hip", the little boy asked.

"Oh young one, do not worry your mother will see you eventually...just know that she loves you more than you will ever                     know my sweet grandson"-Hippolyta

Drake wanted to feel happy at the efforts of his grandmother but their was something inside of him that just felt like he was being abandoned by his mother. His face would then leave a sadden look that Hippolyta would recognize.

"Drake, why don't we go to the waterfall. Your sister Donna may be there?"-Hippolyta

"She is my sister?", Drake said in confusion,

"Of course she is, as all the Amazonian's are your sisters"- Hippolyta

"So does that make you my sister,Grandma!" -Drake

"No you silly toad!, lets go to the waterfall my little wonder"- Hippolyta

" Ok sister'ma" Drake says in a funny tone.

"DRAKE!!"- Hippolyta

"Haha!!" - Drake as he runs in glee

Drake and Grandma Hip make it to the waterfall as they are greeted by Donna who is laying in the grass. They both join her in their stargazing and pick out what stars are related to the gods, but as they spend their time there they are greeted by an unwelcome guest. The Goddess of Magic herself....Circe.
