you shook your head in disbelief as you left the unknown number on read. as brief as the stupidly dry conversation was, you were glad to have forcefully ended it as you needed to get some rest.
a damn good nap was all that you needed right now, given that it was already 2 am and you had a pop quiz in your first class. that, and you had a shift at the daycare you worked at before the start of fourth period.
"what an eventful day..."

to say you were tired was an understatement. no, you were fucking exhausted. but you get to see your lil ball of sunshines again, so that was okay.
going over your day in your head, you hummed as you compile your thoughts into a brief summary.
a group of guys had transferred to your school, and to be frank, it irritated you since the girls in your school wouldn't stop screaming their heads off at the mere mention or sight of them. as a result of that, you found it incredibly difficult to plan your agenda for the coming week so that you could keep your lil rascals at the daycare entertained – you loved all of them, you really did, but it's not easy looking after them as a semi parental figure as well as a teacher.
'but i guess the new student hype will be over within a week, so it should die soon...' you thought, slinging your bag over your shoulder as you headed towards your classroom's exit. giving your teacher a subtle nod, you left the classroom – unbeknownst to you, two pairs of eyes were drilled into your retreating figure as confusion filled the minds of the duo in question.
half-heartedly pulling out your phone, you widened your eyes as you realised the time.
"SHIT, IM GONNA BE LATE—"
and with that you took off to go find your bicycle in the bike rack located at the front gate of the school. you had to hurry, because you knew damn well that the youngest of your little ones would start crying if they realised you were not there, and then cause the rest of the children to start crying.
"don't worry kyuu-chan! (n/n) is coming—"
