I woke up in the morning with the sunlight on my eyes. When I was about to get out of bed, I felt a severe pain in my head. Oh shit, here we go again.
I decided to stay in bed for another minute before rushing down to the kitchen to grab something to eat for breakfast. It didn't took me so long to finish my meal. I then headed back to my room to prepare for a shower.
It was 10:00 o'clock in the morning when I finally finished my morning rituals. Back to my daily hobby. I decided to check my account, and there. Messages started to pop up, and I noticed someone had just added me in a groupchat with some students from Parker Academy.
Oh wait, I almost forgot. By the way, I'm Adriana Reeze Hemsworth, 15 years of existence. Incoming transferee Senior Student of Parker Academy. Status? Oh, no boyfriend since breakup. Its been months since my last relationship with a stupid guy. And I have no plans on having another bullcrap relationship.
I took a look on the groupchat, it was created for like 5 mins ago. Hmmm. Even before I knew, my friend Bella Smith messaged me.
"Twinny! I added you to a groupchat with some of our batchmates in Parker Academy. Don't be shy, they're nice and even excited to know you more better. And if you're wondering why, I've been telling them some things about you" —Bella
Bella is a friend of mine from Parker Academy. Well, she knew some things about me just like.... about my past relationship. We just knew each other for like a month or so but we really get into each others vibes. We call each other "twinny" because we were born on the same day. Cool, right?
Well back to reality. I simply said 'Okay' to Bella and took another look on the groupchat. Just as when I opened the message thread, they started giving me Hi's and Hello's. These people aren't hard to deal with, they're probably nice and friendly. Which was a good start for me as a new student in Parker Academy.
The conversing went smooth and well, honestly I had fun chattin' with these people. Some of them even sent me friend requests. It took one hour or so until we decided to take a break from chitchattin'.
I was scrolling through my feed when a message avatar popped up on my screen, I checked who it was. Oh, it was Zack Ford Aldridge from Parker Academy. He was familiar, well no wonder because this guy is popular. And I heard some things about this guy too.
"Hi Adriana :)" —Zack
"Oh, hey Zack. Sup?"The conversation went on. I don't know why but I felt something different. Whatever it is, I don't care. I was comfortable at first, but he then asked for my mobile number...
"Can I ask for your number?"
Should I? Hmm. I thought for a second...
Well this will be good for me as a newbie in Parker Academy. I simply gave him my number, he thanked me for that. He asked me if I was sure about transferring to P.A. and even told me that he wished for us to be classmates. What's up with this guy. Hmmm.
The chattin' didn't last for so long. I had to stop using gadgets and have a rest for a while.
I was day dreaming about my first day of school in Parker Academy, I was excited and at the same time anxious about it. What ifs questions started to pop up on my mind again. "What if I'll regret about this transferring idea?" "What if everyone from Parker Academy will hate me?" "What if I'll stop this before its too late?" "What if I'll get bullied and feel like Im trapped?" "What if everything goes wrong?" "What if this decision will lead me to the darkest moment of my life". What if here, what if there. I had to shake everything off, and drove myself to sleep.
The rest of my day was normal and boring.

Zack's POV
"'Cause I don't wanna lose you now, Im looking right at the other half of me..."
Its been an hour since that short conversation. Im currently here in my room, listening to my favorite songs while reminiscing some moments in my life.
*Flashback*
I was about to go downstairs to get some water for myself when I saw my mom holding on to her left arm as if she's covering a bruise or something.
"Mom?" I started.
She looked like she just saw a ghost by the time she noticed I was there.
"Y-yes s-son?"
"What happened? You look like you just saw a ghost. Is there something wrong?" I then walked towards her, giving her a 'what-happened-look'.
"N-no, no. There's nothing wrong. You should proceed to where you are going now."— was her response and she turned her back on me and went back to their bedroom.
I know there's something wrong. But instead of bothering Mom, I just continued to walk towards the kitchen to get a drink.
*End of flashback*
I should've known. *sigh* But everything's done, I can't do anything about it. I just have to accept it.
I decided to have a moment of silence on the terrace, which was separated from my room with a sliding glass door.
I grabbed a mat on the corner of my room and headed to the terrace. I unfolded the mat and lied down. I began to sing as I gazed at the twinkling stars.
"Do you hear me? Im talking to you. Across the water, across the deep blue ocean under the open sky, oh my, baby Im trying...."
An hour passed by when I finally felt sleepy and headed back to my room, did my before-going-to-bed rituals and decided to have a long, long sleep.
....
