Oliver: *walks out of the operating room* she will be ok
Max: I knew you had Marshall's skills in medical emt stuff
Oliver: he's my dad so of course I'd be a emt
Jinx: *sighs in relief* can we see her?
Oliver: yes but you'll have to be quiet, she needs rest if she is to heal
Jer: *didn't hesitate to do so and slowly walks in the medical room*
Mari: *awake but quietly humming to myself in an attempt to calm myself*
Jer: Mari..
Mari: hm? Yeah?
Jer: h-how are ya?
Mari: well other then the image replaying in my mind I'm fine, they put me on pain killers since the rock slightly broke one of my ribs but other then that it should heal perfectly from what Oliver said
Jer: *cringes at the thought of imagining Mari in that situation, and he immediately leaves the room*
Mari: oh, bye, I guess *rest my head down on the pillow*
Jer: *enters the hallway and looks at the rest, and immediately hurts Max and growls* THIS IS YOUR FAULT!
Max: how's it my fault?! I was the one that warned you
Jer: IF YOU HAVE KEPT YOUR SHUT, THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED!
Max: *lowers head* she's my sister and your crush, you think I'd get her hurt on purpose, you ran and she followed.
Jer: *voice starts to break* that's because I didn't want you to tell her that I did like her.
Max: come on, grow some balls and tell her damnit, before someone else on the team does, I've seen one of the other pups looking at her with dreamy eyes
Jer: I just.. I don't even know if it's the right time, we're still young, shouldn't it that we have to live out more years growing up before even thinking about relationships?
Max: it can be any age, we're still pups yes but still, Marshall and Everest, Chase and Skye they got together at a young age and it turned out perfect, what are you specifically afraid of I mean she loves you- i mean uh *slowly starts walking backwards toward the door*
Jer: *lowly growls and sighs*
Max: you didn't hear it from me *turns and runs out the door*
Jinx: *giggles*
Jer: I.. I'll just leave and head straight home, just call me if she will be discharged. I need some time to think alone. *leaves the building*
Chase: *sitting on the cliff side watching the sunset alone*
Jer: *sees Chase and sighs* maybe I need to talk about this even more.. *heads straight toward Chase*
Chase: *hears your paw steps* hey jer, how's Mari?
Jer: u-um.. She's fine. *sits down beside Chase*
Chase: I'm guessing your here to ask something?
Jer: y-yeah.. about the question I asked earlier. How did you.. confess to Skye?
Chase: well its a long story, you sure you wanna hear it?
Jer: if it will help me, then yes.
Chase: ok, get comfortable *lays down in the grass* it's a very long story
