Before Party

It was a week before the Miami race everyone was training and doing there best in there practice as there teams CEO wanted them to work hard as fans were going crazy wanting the race to begining

Y/N who wasn't a fan of F1 but they had a friend who was obsessed with F1 that she would always be talking about someone named "Lando Norris" she was related to a F1 racer but she wanted nothing to do with it as her god father died because of racing

Y/N was a reporter for F1 but didn't like mentioning it works Whenever she's placed as she takes turns with someone as sometimes there's to make reporters working

There friend Amy kept on insisting for Y/N to go with her but they kept on denying there request she even tried telling them that they'll pay for there ticket "Amy, I said I don't want to go I don't want anything to do with it" Any sighed "Pls just this once and I won't bother you anymore, I'll do anything for you to come just this once" They sighed "Okay, but don't forget you said anything"

Y/N's best friend Amy went and ordered there tickets online as she was excited, Both Y/N and Amy packed and left there apartment as they headed to the airport as they talked through the whole way as Amy was talking to them about the racers

Y/N got a bit annoyed as she didn't even want to go "I know about F1, I just lost interest after an inchident" The friend was surprised but apologies "I'm sorry, may I ask what happened?" She paid attention to the street

They sighed as they looked at their wallpaper which was of them with them and Jules there godfather, Amy looked over and saw "Wait, are you related to Jules?" They looked over "Well, he was my godfather, I'm related to Charles and Arthur Leclerc"

Amy got excited "Oh my god, really...but I'm sorry about Jules it must hurt you" They looked away to the window as they stayed quiet for a moment into they spoke "I was 16 years old when he died, I used to love F1 in fact I was in the academy for Ferrari but I gave up after he passed away, I didn't want to ever see my brothers have the same thing happen to them so I stopped visiting them"

Amy continued driving as she realized that they were crying, they wanted to give them a hug but she was driving "I'm sure they'll be fine after all the halo have been added to the car" they smiled feeling a bit better but they still looked away

After a few hours of driving they stopped at a hotel 10 minutes away from the Track, as they walked inside they bumped into a Ferrari driver and a McLaren driver as it was "Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc" She got excited as she went over as she took a picture with them but Y/N stayed away as Lando catched his eye as went over to them as they were about to call for them but charles stopped him as nodded no

Lando looked at Charles confused "What's wrong, do you know her?" Charles sighed as he looked serious and looked at him "That's my sister Y/N Leclerc, she lost interest in driving the day my godfather crashed and she's scared of me crashing"

Charles talked a lot about to Lando about his sister as they walked to there room and as he walked inside he noticed that Lando had a smile on his face "May I ask for her number" He asked teasingly in a joking way as Charles is over protective as he smacked Lando on the head with a soft book Lando laughs a bit "Im sorry"

As they all got ready for bed, Lando couldn't get Y/N out of his head as he fell asleep thinking about them and Y/N fell asleep thinking about Him

When the morning arrived, Amy surprised Y/N with paddock passes and after party passes to meet the racers they smiled hoping they could see Lando there "You're an amazing friend, we should get going now"

As they got changed they left the hotel as they got in the same car and Amy drove to the place as they arrived after three minutes of driving and they got off as they headed to the paddock entrance
