Harry expelled

Phoenix sat next to Bill waiting for the next order meeting to start. As everyone arrives Alastor Moody stands at the end of the table.

"Right is everyone here" Moody starts making everyone go quiet. Bill rests his hand on Phoenix's leg, making her look at him quickly before looking back at Moody. "As some of you might already know, Harry is at risk of being expelled after being attacked by dementors along with his cousin" Everyone looks at Mundungus who was supposed to be keeping an eye on Harry.

"How can they do that though, underage wizards are allowed to use magic if they're in danger" Mrs Weasley asks looking at the other members.

"That is usually the case but with the way Harry is currently being viewed within the Ministry it is not surprising" Kingsley Shacklebolt tells everyone. The meeting continues on for a little while longer as it's decided who will be collecting Harry.

"Okay, so everyone agreed collecting Harry tonight will be myself, Moody, Tonks, Kingsley, Elphias, Dedalus, Emmeline, Sturgis and Hestia" Remus says standing.

"Agreed" everyone says in unison.

"Right we leave in 2 hours. Meeting over" Moody says as everyone starts leaving except Phoenix, Bill, Remus, Sirius, Mundungus and Mr and Mrs Weasley. Phoenix gets up to leave as well Bill following behind her as they head up to her room.

"Meetings are so boring" Phoenix says as she walks into her room.

"I dunno I can think of one benefit" Bill says smirking at her as he pushes her against the door once its shut, smashing his lips to hers. Eventually they both pull away breathless.

"I guess that would be one of the benefits" Phoenix says, smirking at him. A few hours later the order members that had gone to get Harry had returned and all the members were now sat once again around the large table talking about Harry's hearing.

After the meeting had ended and the members who weren't staying had left Remus, Mrs Weasley and Tonks went to magically seal the front door with the many locks and bolts. The people still remaining in the kitchen heard a loud crash followed by the portrait of Mrs Black shouting.

"Uncle Siri, your mothers off again" Phoenix said looking at Sirius who just looked at her before standing and walking out of the room to shut up his mother.

"Filth! Scum! By-products of dirt and vileness! Half-breeds, mutants, freaks, begone from this place! How dare you befoul the house of my fathers" Mrs Blacks voice echoed throughout the house after Tonks had tripped over waking up the portrait.

"Shut up, you horrible old hag, shut UP!" Sirius roared.

"Yoooou!" she howled back. "Blood traitor, abomination, shame of my flesh!"

"I said - shut - UP!" Sirius roared again. The woman's screeches died and an echoing silence fell. Sirius walked back into the kitchen panting slightly followed by the others. Mr Weasley and Bill, were talking quietly with their heads together at the end of the table whilst Phoenix sat beside Bill not really paying much attention to their converstion as she looked up hearing people enter. Mrs. Weasley cleared her throat. Her husband looked around and jumped to his feet.

"Harry!" Mr. Weasley said, hurrying forward to greet him and shaking his hand vigorously. "Good to see you!" Bill started hastily rolling up the lengths of parchment left on the table as Phoenix helped him.

"Journey all right, Harry?" Bill called, trying to gather up twelve scrolls at once whilst Phoenix just watched him trying not to laugh as he failed. "Mad-Eye didn't make you come via Greenland, then?"

"He tried," Tonks said, striding over to help Bill and Phoenix immediately sending a candle toppling onto the last piece of parchment. "Oh no sorry"

"Here, dear," Mrs. Weasley said, sounding exasperated, and she repaired the parchment with a wave of her wand before she snatched the plan off the table and stuffed it into Bill's heavily laden arms. "This sort of thing ought to be cleared away promptly at the end of meetings," she snapped before sweeping off toward an ancient dresser from which she started unloading dinner plates.
