14th July 1813-
Another gruelling summers day swept across the mess of a city called London, and Lottie was hard at work, rushing around cleaning up all the vomit from lord Spikyton's ball which had only finished hours before hand.
"LOTTIE GET OVER HERE" yelled the head housekeeper "there's more vomit, this time with a side of cake" the head housekeeper howled with laughter at her own joke before scowling at another maid.
Lottie sighed heavily, this was not what she imagined when she applied to work in the Spikyton's Manor, all she had ever dreamed of since she was a girl was being in a house as grand as this. Now she was here, all she wished for was the comfort of her small town Swindon.
Lottie felt exhausted and defeated. She had imagined that working at the Spikyton's Manor would be a dream come true, but it had turned out to be a nightmare. The endless vomit, the snooty guests, and the constant yelling from the head housekeeper had made her miss her hometown more than ever before. She longed for the simple life she had left behind in Swindon, and her ex fiancé taplap who ended up marrying her mother Annabeth. She wondered if she would ever find happiness in this place.
Upstairs
BLURGHhhh lord Spikyton threw up all over his lover. He slowly rose as too run out the room before the body lying before him awoke from their slumber, but then he remembered the bag of white powdered gold he left on the bedside table, he would need this in order to visit his betrothed Penelope Featherington.
He'd only met her once but was instantly mesmerised by her beautiful, voluptuous ginger curls. He dropped down on one knee only two dances later.
Spikyton darted down the stairs three at a time, trying to miss the pools of vomit the useless staff hadn't gotten too yet. Flllllpppp. A girl on her hands and knees tripped Lord Spikyton over.
"Oh my gollies" she gasped
Spikyton landed head first in a rather large pool of orange vom, causing him to throw up again this time all over himself and the strange girl.
