Weeks?

Alex's POV

I groan as I wake up and here beeping sounds.

"Alex oh god your so pale" I recognize the voice and my girlfriend Sadie.

 I crack my eyes open and she is standing at the door with her hands covering her mouth, I give her a small smile and notice I have an I.V in one arm and a blood bag in the other, Sadie rushes over and with the arm. that isn't wraped in cloth I hug her back stamping the pain in my body down I push myself up just as the Doctor comes in.

"No, No, No." He says grabing a mask he pushes me down and tries to put the mask on.

"Hold on, Hold on" I say confused "What are you doing" I push myself back up and push the Doctors hand.

"You need to be sleeping until at least next week" The Doctor shakes his head.

"Wait how long have I been out" I say looking at him.

"Three weeks" He mumbles, and before I can react he puts the mask on me and pushes me down again and I start feeling tired and my eyes start drooping but the Doctor turns his head like someone started talking to him, and then he turns off the machine and pulls the mask off my face and helps me up to see an orange haired boy I look at him blankly for a second and then my eyes widen.

"You're the one that shot that...That...Thing!" I say and the boy nods looking tired and weary.

"Yes I did" He says in a quiet voice "Your family told me to come get you" He glares at the Doctor when he opens his mouth "They have this stuff at their house and his adoptive father knows how to use it so if you would help me get him in a wheelchair..." he says grabing the wheelchair next to my bed and helping me into it we leave.
