~Divine Brew~ (Loki X Female Reader)

Chapter 1, The first meeting.

You started to the start of your day as you always do the large book shelves lining the walls, a large cauldron lay on ether side of the main entrance, old witch artifacts line every wall from paintings to brooms to wands, a black cat lay sprawled across the bar, another lay trying to hop in the cauldron, large bright lanterns hang from fishing line of the ceiling that give the illusion that there floating. it was only 6:01pm it was almost time.

you walk around lighting the candles, the two on the fireplace, the 8 on the corners of the bar, and the one on the 4 tables on the left and right side of the room, the bell on the door let out its haunting sound and a tall sleek black haired man with piercing green eyes walked in and sat on the bar, you stared and shook your head not allowing the suspicious looking man to interrupted your day, you hum a bit and smile at the man walking behind the bar leaning on it as you walk to where the man was sitting, "hello ever been to Witches Brew before?" you smile at the man but he did not return the favor "No... Any uh recommendations mortal?" you raised a eyebrow at the word mortal but shook it off as he was not from around here "uh well hmmm-" you looked at his eyes and then closed them "like the view darling~" you opened your eyes to find the man smirking at you, you rolled your eyes and spoke "hmm maybe a emerald dream?" he seemed to not understand

"uh a what?" you smiled and pet the cat as she walked on the bar "a minty sweet tea with a hint of coffee" (not a real coffee i dont think im flying off a guess) he seemed to stare at the cat before nodding "sounds... lovely i will have that mortal" you turned around and got to work straining the mint and mixing the honey and coffee in careful not to over power it with the coffee, when you turned around the cat was in his lap and he was staring at the paintings, they did not show witches in the green skin you see around hollows eve but pretty and bold, you turned towards him before  handing him his coffee with a small witches hat floating in the drink "Ragnar seems to like you hmmm hears your drink!" he tilted his head "Ragnar? like Warrior of the Gods? of maybe Wise commander?" i perked up and smiled "Yes! Warrior Of the Gods, i love norse mythology, even though i believe us humans got SOME things wrong i mean i dont think the relationships between the gods should be amused i only believe in frigga and odin! you know!" he seemed to laugh at my rambling and he finally asked after i went on for a bit more "Who's your favorite god?"

i pondered for a moment before listing off a few "well i like Thor but uh eh- Tyr is good! Vali is good as well BUT my favorite HAS TO BE LOKI!" you said the last few words a little louder than you should have and the bell on the door rang its haunting tune before he could speak you spoke "Welcome Mr. Parker!" the small boy walked in and set on the bar trying at all costs to avoid eye contact with the tall man now sweating a little "h-hello Mrs. Y/N" the man coughed a bit before speaking "ah back to our conversation, what if i told you..." Peter shot loki a small glance and before you could question it the man spoke agian "im loki?" i raised my eyebrow agian and chuckled, "well i would first say cool! then my common sense would kick in and notice the attitude and the style and also put together that you called me mortal, sooo would make sense!" you rambled off and he just stared at you before peter laughed "Hahaha. of Mr.Loki she is VERY observant and will notice anything about you! actually she was the first to guess i was spiderman!" loki shushed the boy and put a hand over his mouth at spiderman and took a quick glance at the door as the haunting melody played once agian as about 2 people rushed in, you quickly took and served there order before returning to the conversation, loki noticed your small glance in his direction and then stared into your (E/C) and you shivered as he stared in your soul, 'why is he staring at me. why do i suddenly think he's hot, AHHHHH STOP TALK TO PETE' "so pete?" he nodded and did a extremely cute noise to signal he was paying attention "hows your school?"

loki stared at me some more and i shivered remembering my past then i winced all the pain coming back, i quickly let my mind fall blank and with a sharp pain loki winced, i looked at him "why did you try to look in my mind?" he gave a blank stare as pete had stopped talking and just exchanged glances between me and loki, "how did you-" i looked at him "i-" i was lost for words how DID i know how DID you tell.

(Loki's POV)

she stared at the floor before a gun had cocked, the spider boy gasped and i felt the cold metal press hard on my head, i sighed and was prepared to open a portal when another gun cocked the girl the spider boy called Y/N had now pulled out her own gun throwing threatening glances at the man, it happened very fast i teleported behind the men with a dagger i had revived from mother,

she jumped over the counter and shot the other one in the leg as she delivered a sharp kick to his jaw knocking a few chairs over, i quickly made a portal teleporting the man i was holding to a island in the middle of the ocean, she quickly rushed over the man and dragged him to the portal and chucked him in, i quickly closed it and she walked over to me and bowed lightly "I AM SO SORRY... 'this happends far to often for my liking' I REALLY AM SORRY!!!" she muttered mid way though her sentence and sat back up frowning slightly. i grabbed and finished my drink with one large gulp then walked over to her grabbing her hands "no. no im sorry they wanted me as you may know im not the most popular person on this planet." she blushed a bit and smiled "no. its not your fault but i am sorry i must close early in order to clean up..." she sighed and i nodded letting go of her hands "i will come here more often seems quite interesting" she smiled and gave me a 'i understand' look as she started picking up, i grabbed the spider boy by his scruff and dragged him out the door, 'interesting mortal...' i said to myself walking back to the tower.
