After leaving Home, or rather getting kicked out, I was stumped and didn't know where to go.

Sally seemed too scared to even say Wally's name, let alone let me vent to her about what happened, Poppy seem to like me, Barnaby was like his best friend I guess and might rat me out, but he was trying to help me eairler, so I don't know what to do. Maybe I should just-

" Hey, Y/n, is that you?!" I heard a familiar voice yell from the distance. " It is you, Y/n, leave her alone, you meanies!" Julie ran up to the flower bush I was sitting in and started throwing rocks at them. Soon after, she extended her hand and I accepted it. " Thanks, Julie. Those flowers are really getting on my nerves..." I stood up and stretched my arms. " Yeah, although I'm not sure why they are being so mean to you. They're usally so nice....." She tapped her chin for a few seconds but then snapped out of it. " Let's go to my house, we should like totally bake or something! " She smiled and led me to her house where the smell of baked goods still remained.

" So, Y/n, how have you been?" Julie asked me as she led me to her kitchen. " I've been.....better....but right this second, I'm doing fine since I'm here with you. " I replied with a small smile. " What was going on earlier if you don't mind me asking, and why were you in a flower bush...?" Jullie asked as she raided the fridge for God knows what.

Before answering her question, I let out a sigh, hoping that she would believe me after this, but she probably didn't know about the portal or the other world, so maybe I shouldn't crush her spirits or opinion of Wally....I don't know what to do!

" I um....me and Wally had I fight...yeah, I guess you could say that. So now I'm trying to get some time away from him until he owns up to his actions. " I let out another sigh. This was really my thing now, wasn't it?

" Oh Y/n, I- * Ding Dong * Someone's here, be right back!" Jullie dashed to the front door in a matter of seconds, I was wondering if it was Wally, so I crept in the other room to see who it was.

" Hey Juwles. " An unfamiliar voice spoke out. " Hey Eddie, got some mail for me, or just stopping by?" She leaned on the door frame. Since I was such a noisy person and wanted to see what Eddie looked like, I peaked my head out a bit more to see him.

His skin was orange, had red hair, and his body was snapped like Steven Universe's but....bigger.

" Oh yeah, that reminds me....a invitation to a ball, and uh, who is that?" Eddie shifted his attention over to me. " That's my new friend, Y/n! She's stopping by so I could bake her some apple pie. " Jullie walked over to me, took my arm, and walked us back over to Eddie.

" Well, it's nice to meet you Y/n, I'm Eddie. Would you like an invitation? EairlerI was wondering whose name this was on here becausethere wasnt anyone named Y/n here before, but this one has your name on it. " He extended an extra letter towards me. " Um, sure! " I grabbed the invite and carefully looked it over.

It had a blue and yellow waxed circle or the opening, and on the back, had none other than Wally's handwriting.

" Who is hosting this ball? " I clutched the envelope extra tight. " Wally Darling, that's who!" Eddie answered with a wide grin. " Oh my stars, look at the time, I've got to go guys, sya later!" He called out and left the house.

" Well, isn't this just exciting-  *Ding Dong* Oh, who could that be? " Jullie turned around to open the door, a smile already planted across her face. " How may I- Oh Wally, hehehe...." Jullies' expression quickly changed to nervousness very quickly.

" Howdy neighbor...I just stopped by to see if you've seen Y/n anywhere? He put his head in the doorway and looked around a little. Luckily, I had ducked behind a giant plant in the room before he could see me.

" I thought Y/n was with you... but anyway, I got your invitation! I'll be sure to attend your...actually, I haven't read it yet, letsnrwad it right now, shall we?" Jullie winked and opened it up as slowly as possible, giving me some time to flea the scene.

As if this was already planned out, the kitchen window was already open, you I swiftly climbed out of it....but fell in a bush of flowers. " Haha, look at -" Before the flower could continue talking, I put my shoe on its face and smudhed it into the brick wall. " The rest of you better watch out unless you want that done to all of you...." I warned them and started running again.

I would go to Sally's, but I really didn't want to, and I didn't know anyone else except for Eddie, but not really, Poppy and Barnaby. Barnaby is Wally's best friend, so of course it would be expected if I went there, and like I said earlier, I hardly knew Eddie, so Poppy was the last choice....
