So Rui's age is now 16. Even though he looks 11 in the anime.
Yoriichi did go after Muzan but got distracted by how hot Muzan was so he got away. Yoriichi is not as strong as he is in the anime. Kokushibo did kill Yoriichi. But he is sorta like a ghost but he can turn himself solid.
So after that instead of killing him Yoriichi was kind to muzan and a whole hell of a lot of therapy muzan now trusts Yoriichi. But Yoriichi never carries his katana around muzan so he doesn't have a panic attack.
Muzan had a very mild form of PTSD.
The two ships Kokushibo x Muzan and Yoriichi x Muzan do not mean that muzan is cheating. The twins have agreed to share Muzan because Muzan likes the both of them. Kokushibo and Yoriichi have a platonic relationship not a romantic relationship.
Muzan doesn't want there to be a war. He wants peace.

Personality: Quiet, kind, and when you get to know them, they are very playful.
Past: They were taken from their birth family by a villian in the MHA verse and experimented on. When none of the experiments worked and nothing happened so they were sent to an orphanage, were they were later adopted by a family. This family was kind enough until they saw all their scars and what not.

The Todoroki family is their birth family but the Tsukgikuni twins are like their older brothers and Muzan is like a father to them. They are Dabi's twin sister. And they only really talk to Toya and Fuyumi. They aren't really in contact with the Todoroki family.
Apperence: has white hair with red and purple tips. They have fangs. Their eyes are blue with vampire red and demon purple.
Species: they were originally human but we're turned into a vampire after a accedent that had them knocking on deaths front door.

As Akaza was about to turn Kyojuro into a donut they moved him out of the way and got turned into a donut themselves.
(akaza is beating himself up to this day for hitting a girl. Even though Azure identities as Genderfluid.)

So Kokushibo turned them into a demon because as a vampire you have regeneration but it's slow as fuck. They can walk in the sunlight. And Muzan knows but doesn't care.
They are the Eclipse Hashira. And has two daughters, Mizuki (uses moon breathing) and Akino (uses sun breathing). And because Demons can't have children Azure volunteered to have the two. Their fathers are Muzan, Koku, and Yoriichi. Do not come after me for this. They all did everything under their own free will.
Mizuki looks like koku but without the demon slayer mark.
She is a demon. Her blood art is Weather Control. The name says it all. Her eyes are red with flecks of gold. She is immune to the sun. Her final form: her hair is all purple and she just looks dangerous.
Akino looks like Yoriichi and Muzan. She doesn't have a demon slayer mark. She is immune to the Sun. Her demon blood art is Sun Filled Flame. And if another demon is hit with the fire the are dead instantly. Her final form looks a bit like Muzan's. She has white hair and still has clothes on. She could beat muzan in a fight if she tried.
Rui is like Azure's little brother/son. He is really happy now and keeps getting tangled up in his webs.
