Sweeping the floors is a great time to indulge in your thoughts.
You glanced around the dark castle walls you grew accustomed to. You worked here, as a servant, and you were probably going to work here for the rest of your life.
'A servant to who?' You might ask.
A menacing monster of a robot called KillCode. Or KC, for short. He didn't mind either name. But as his servant, you always felt inclined to use his full name, as to keep him from getting angry.
Not that it was easy to make him angry, but it definitely was possible. You heard what happened to the last servant who ticked him off.
Were you his favorite? You didn't know, but he never made any angry advances towards you. Probably because you never gave him a reason to.
KillCode was 16 feet tall, slender, but strong. He had an elegant sense of style, the only time you ever saw him in tatters was when he came home covered in blood from his murder sprees. He would honestly be a dream man if he didn't enjoy killing others. But that didn't stop your mind from fantasizing about him.
Your cheeks turned red as you thought about his teeth, which were always on display, biting into you, not painfully but rather... gently. You thought of his claws tracing your skin, sending a very real shiver up your spine. Even mundane things ran through your mind, like him undoing his tie after a long day, sighing. Or even his white under shirt being unbuttoned enough to show off his chest.
You shook your head. No! You can't have these thoughts about him. It's not right, he's keeping you here against your will! You're the only servant he's got left so his eyes are always on you! That being said...
You really needed to finish the floors or he would have your head.
You spent the day sweeping and dusting. You were exhausted as you headed to the servants bedroom. Many beds used to align these walls, for the other servants who would work here. Now it's just your bed. KillCode saw to it that you would be his last and only servant, so he gave you the room to yourself.
It should also be mentioned that you and KillCode were not the only people in the castle. He had guards, cooks, stable boys, even a librarian, and whoever else he may need. You were just the last real servant he had and he aimed to keep it that way. The others didn't speak much to you outside of work related tasks. They barely spoke to anyone outside of their assigned jobs either, so it was quite lonely for you to not have anyone.
You sighed, walking in and shutting the door behind you, leaning back against it. You looked up at the ceiling, thinking about your life as lighting cracked outside your window.
You were snatched out of your thoughts by a bell ringing on one of the walls. The bells in the servants room were to let servants, or just you in this case, know that KC was in need of something. The different bells were for different rooms, the bell that was currently ringing had the label of 'Study' above it. You gulped.
The study was KillCode's private room, no one was allowed in when he was in there. Your heart practically dropped into your stomach. Servants used to be called up there when they were about to be... 'discharged' from their duties.
Did you make him mad? Surely not! You finished all your chores for the day.
Hands shaking, you made yourself presentable as you left the bedroom.
