Ellie's PoV
Was that a dream? Did the bad boys seriously just save me from that scum bag? I thought to my self as I ate my chips. (It's now lunch time 🙈)
"Jods why is Ryan Fletcher staring at you?" Vicky asked me, they didn't know the thing that happened earlier with Ryan and my dad.
"Yeah I know he's like seriously gawping, like dude do you need a tissue?" Beth says.
"Babe, do you need a tissue? Cause you've been drooling at Adam for most of lunch time" Hattie said and we all laugh.
"And what he's tasty like a kinder egg" Beth says and we shake our head.
At home...
I saw cop cars out side my house I also saw Ryan's black Range Rover was in his drive, I walk in and my mum, Ryan and the police were in the house wait Ryan why is he here I thought to myself.
"Hello dear, how was your day?" My mum says holding back the tears, and Ryan was eyeing my suspiciously.
"It was okay I suppose, why are the police here?".
"Babe you don't know why? I'm sorry but your dads a psycho and we are all here to protect you" Ryan says with a warm smile, my mum looks at him weirdly.
"Yeah, we just want to ask you a few questions and then we will be out of your hair". I nod and walk over to the double seated couch next to Ryan because it was the only seat available.
"So, Ellie I know this is a touché subject but how long has your dad been abusive?"
One of the cops said, I shifted uncomfortably and Ryan must have noticed because he took my hand and intertwined out fingers, I don't know what it is about him I only met him yesterday but I feel safe and secure with him.
"He'd been abusive for about 5 years, he was fine until he started the drinking, he'd tell me that he hated me and that I was a waste of space and i wasn't good enough to love" I says with tears rolling down my cheeks..
"I'm sorry I can't do this" I say and run to my room and into the bathroom and lock my door and slide down it.
"El, please open the door" I hear Ryan's soothing voice, I hesitate for a moment and then open the door I go back to sitting on the floor.
"Babe that was a really brave thing you just did down there" he said to me and the tears just continued coming down even more.
"Listen, as look as your with me, I won't let anyone hurt you, I promise.. El?". He says and I look up at him.
"Y...eah?" I stutter.
"I think.. I think I love you" he says with a a slight smile and then he kisses me.
