The next day.

Aleni felt a chill run down her spine as she watched the police move around the school, questioning students and teachers alike. She knew that something terrible had happened, and she couldn't shake off the feeling that she might have played a part in it.

As she walked towards her locker, she saw that a small crowd had gathered around it. She pushed her way through and found another paper airplane. This time it was red, and the warning was even more dire.

"Find the girl before it's too late," it read. "You alone can save her from the darkness that awaits."

Aleni's hands shook as she read the words. She had no idea what they meant, but she knew that she had to do something. She looked around, trying to find someone to talk to, but everyone seemed to be avoiding her.

She turned to go to class but found herself face to face with Naemi. "Did you get another one?" Naemi asked.

Aleni nodded, still too scared to speak.

"We need to tell the police," Naemi said, her voice urgent. "They might be able to help us."

Aleni hesitated. She didn't know what to do, but she knew that she couldn't involve the police. Not when she didn't even know what was going on.

"I can't," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.

Naemi looked at her with concern. "Aleni, we have to do something. That girl might be in danger."

"I know," Aleni said, tears filling her eyes. "But I don't know what to do."

Naemi put a hand on her shoulder. "We'll figure it out together," she said. "We won't let anything happen to her."

Aleni felt a sudden surge of hope. Naemi was right. They were in this together. She wiped her tears and took a deep breath. "Okay," she said. "Let's do this."

They spent the rest of the day talking to their classmates and trying to gather any information they could about the missing girl. But no one seemed to know anything. Aleni couldn't shake off the feeling that they were missing something, something important.

As the day wore on, the school started to empty out. Aleni and Naemi were the last ones in the hallway, still trying to come up with a plan.

"We need to find out what the connection is," Naemi said. "Between the riddles and the girl."

"But how?" Aleni asked, frustration creeping into her voice. "We don't even know where to start."

Just then, they heard a noise coming from one of the classrooms. They looked at each other, then ran towards the door. They opened it and saw a figure standing in the shadows.

"Who are you?" Aleni demanded.

The figure stepped forward, and they saw that it was Danae. He looked at them, his expression grave. "We need to talk," he said.

They followed him into the classroom, and he closed the door behind them.

"I know what's going on," he said, his voice low. "And I know who's behind it."

Aleni and Naemi looked at each other, stunned.

"Who?" Naemi asked.

"Danae, you have to tell us," Aleni pleaded. "We need to find that girl before it's too late."

Danae hesitated, then spoke. "It's Allan," he said. "He's the one who's behind the riddles. And he's the one who took the girl."

Aleni and Naemi looked at each other, disbelief written on their faces.

"Allan?" Aleni whispered.

Danae nodded. "He's been talking about the temple and has been literally obsessed with how you react to the airplanes. I've seen him lurking around when you find those airplanes."

Aleni feels like her world is spiraling out of control and she has no idea what to do next. The disappearance of the girl and the strange messages she has been receiving have left her feeling vulnerable and scared. She begins to wonder if there is more to this than just a random act of violence and if she and her friends are somehow connected to it all. With a heavy heart, Aleni heads to class, hoping to find some sense of normalcy in her day. But deep down, she knows that even if she reaches to the solutions, things will never be the same again.
