The first day of school was one of the hardest things for me because I mostly didn't make friends but Kimora is my friend my bestie and my friend 4L

You know I never really understand why I have trouble getting dressed on the first day of school but I guess that's how I am I'm very picky

"Jayah hurry up!" Justyce said yelling from her room

I ran to the bathroom and brushed my teeth,put lipgloss on and my uniform and some black Nike shoes
I was already going to be late so I put my hair in a bun and grabbed a black string and tied it around I hurried and grabbed my backpack and made sure I had everything and my edges was laid
 
I went to go give my dad a kiss and I thought my mom was there but I still imagined she was there

"Jayah you looked sad what's wrong" my dad said he could tell I was thinking about mom
My momma been in the hospital for 1
week due to cancer

ii couldn't really do nothing but if I could I would

"I just wish that mom was here, I don't want her to go" I was trying to hold my tears back
My dad looked into my eyes and hugged me
"Jayah it's ok she's going to get better" my dad said
"Ok" I said and I sighed and hurried and went outside to see Kimora's mom car parked outside and Kimora was in the back of the van,dontae and justyce were in front I ran and got in the back  and me and Kimora started talking

"girl I can't believe we're in the same class" kimora said happily

"I know" I said

On the way we got Chick-fil-A for breakfast and Kimora's mom dropped us off first since our school was closer
"Bye justyce bye donte" me and Kimora said in sync
We walked in and the halls were flooded people were walking to class or breakfast,people at lockers i went to go
To the front office to find my schedule

She looked up at me and then gave me my thing
"Have a good first day of your school jayah" she said to me and walked

"Thanks" I said walking

I then met up with Kimora at her locker until

These girls walk by they looked so pretty,good looking everyone backed up and they looked like they were scared of
them

"Let's go talk to them Kimora" I said pointing at them

"Why do they look like that"
There uniforms were cute but they put it in a different style they put the collars up and there hair was up in a ponytail there hair was curled
"Come on let's go!" I grabbed her hand and we went to go talk to them
"Hi I'm jayah Bailey and this is my best fren Kimora latte" I said smiling
They all looked at me and looked amazed
" omg your hair it's so cute who did it" the light skin girl said

"Kimora taught me" I said smiling

"Yeah it's really eas-" Kimora said trying to talk but they cut her off

"Jayah you seem cool wanna come sit with us at lunch" all of them said at the same time

"Not to be rude Kimora but you just don't fit our standards to sit with us" the dark skin girl said
