Few weeks later.....

Harumi's povs

I fluttered my eyes opened. Just then I heard footsteps. Soon the knob on the door turned, and there stood a tall male. He had blond hair and....and green eyes."Lloyd."I said in a whisper."Rumi."He said in a small whisper, one I could barely hear. Tears started to roll down his cheek. They were sad tears, as they should be."Rumi....You are awake! I am so glad you are not dead!"Shouted Lloyd with glee. I gave him a ugly glare. Why should he be happy? After everything? He should have been happy that I was dead. Lloyd frowned."Why should you be happy anyway? I am a monster."I said.

"You are not a monster. You just choose the wrong path. Like I did."He said. He walked over to me."Well, you should think that I am a monster. I brought back your dead father, and broke your heart. I don't deserve a second chance."I said coldly."But you do. Like I did. Listen, you may not think you don't deserve this chance I am going to give you, but you do. And you can either throw away and be a monster.....or you can be the hero of this story. The choice is yours."He said. I thought for a moment. My parents wouldn't want me to be the villain, but the hero. I wanted to be the hero too."I would like a second chance."I told him. He smiled shyly."Thank you. I didn't want to fight you again."He said."Nor do I."I said."Friends?"I asked."Friends."He said. I didn't want to be friends, but I had already gotten another chance. I wasn't going to blow it just because I loved him.

Lloyd's povs

Just then the doctor came in."Hello you two. Harumi Jade is it?"Asked the doctor."Yes."Replied Harumi."You seemed to be doing very well, so you can leave tomorrow morning."Said the doctor. Harumi smiled at me. I forced a weak smile. I was worried. The thing was....I never told my friends that Harumi had lived."What's wrong?"She asked."I haven't told my friends that you lived."I explained."Oh."She said sadly."Don't you worry. They will understand."I said. 

The next day.......

"ARE YOU CRAZY?!"Shouted my family."Um...well you-"Um...well you what? That girl did some terrible things to you!"Said Nya."I know, but I forgive her."I said. Harumi gasped, so did the rest of them."YOU FORGIVE HER?!"Demanded Nya."You forgive me?"Asked Rumi. I turned to Rumi and tried to pretend my family wasn't there."Of course. Like I said: you are not a monster. You deserve a second chance."I said."NO! She does not!"Piped Nya."Yes she does!"I yelled."She is a human being! She deserves it!"I yelled."After everything she did to you?!"Demanded Nya."Well, I took her parents away from her. We are even."I said."You were only a kid Lloyd. And it happened-"In the past? Like what Harumi did? It was in the past. Please. Let her stay."I begged."It would be an good idea to keep her here, so we can keep an eye on her."Said Zane."Yeah, let's give her a chance."Said Kai. Nya groaned."FINE!"Shouted Nya."But where will she stay?"Asked Cole."She can sleep in Lloyd's room."Said Nya. Me and Harumi gasped."Hey, if she stays, you two have to share a room."Said Nya. Well, this was going to be awkward. Just a month ago, Harumi fell off a building and now I am going to share a room with her. I forgave her, but did she forgive me? Harumi went into my room, I was about to join her when my mother stopped me."So, you get another chance with her."Said my mother. She winked."No mom, we are just friends."I said. Unfortunately.

Harumi's povs

Lloyd came into the room a few moments later."So.....should I get a mattress?"I asked."We can't. Don't have anymore."He replied. Oh boy."So......we have to share the bed?"I asked."Yep."Replied Lloyd."Why don't we go for a walk? It's a beautiful day out."Offered Lloyd."I think....I would love that very much."I replied. He smiled."Do you have a hoodie I could borrow?"I asked."Yeah, why? I mean sorry-"I don't want anyone to know it's me."I explain. He nodded. He then pulled out a green hoodie for me to borrow. We then headed out the monastary for the city.

Me and Lloyd walked into the big city."Wanna get some ice cream?"He asked."Ice cream? Wow! I never had ice cream since.....well, since before my parents died."I said."Oh I am sorry-"It's okay."I said."I haven't had ice cream in while either."He admitted."Really?"I asked."Yeah, not since before...my father died."He said sadly. I never knew me and Lloyd had such a sad thing in common. I started to run ahead."Hey?!"Demanded Lloyd."Race ya there!"I called back. Lloyd started to run after me."Do you even know where it is?"He asked."Of course! It won't be that hard!"I called back. Somehow, Lloyd had beaten me to the ice cream place. 

After we finished our ice cream, we decided to go on top of a building and watch the sky. I stared at the sky, amazed at how beautiful it was."Haven't you ever seen the sky?"Teased Lloyd."It's just, when I was in the palace my "parents" never let me outside that much. Slowly I forgot how much the sky looked so beautiful."I explain."Wow. That must have sucked."Said Lloyd."Yeah, it did."I said."You know, I come up here whenever I miss a person I once lost."He said."And that person was?"I asked."She is right here, beside me."He replied."Me? Really?"I asked."Yep. I missed you so much."He said."I missed you too."I told him. He looked surprised."You missed me? Why? I thought you hated me."He said sadly."I did hate you. But I am getting to like you very much."I said. I could see Lloyd's face becoming red."Well, I really like you too."He said. I smiled. 

As the hours passed, me and Lloyd talked like a bunch of teenagers like we were. Normal, almost. Soon, the sun began to set."Beautiful."We both said at the same time."It's been a while."He said."While since you seen the sun set?"I question."No, since I been this happy."He said."With someone I would like to spend all my time."He said."Surely you would want to spend someone who didn't broke your-"How many times until you see who you really are like I do?"He asked."I just find it hard for you to forgive me so easily."I said."I don't know. When I looked at you, I don't see a heartless person. I see a broken person, that can be fixed and can bloom into a beautiful flower."Lloyd told me. I smiled."Thank you Lloyd. For giving me another chance, and letting me live in your home."I said."You're welcome."He said."I love you."I whispered."What was that?"He asked."Uh..what? I didn't say anything."I said."Okay....."Said Lloyd. We then watched as the sun slowly set.
