                         LUMINES POV.

I, the Abyss Princess walked around the wide area of Liyue, while Dainsleif was by my side. He started acting different after I called him many compliments, which was weird. He was always serious and stern, but he became caring and loving in a flash.

I soon stopped to see my brother Aether afar, the first time. I wanted to run after him and greet him with open arms, but Dainsleif took my wrist and shook his head, bringing me a bit closer to him, but not too close to make me so uncomfortable. But honestly, I was a bit red.

"Dear princess, don't. I know you want to hug him so hard, but you can't, dear Lumine, my deepest apologies." He said, though I completely understood.
If he thought I was the villain, then he would absolutely despise me...

But him calling me "dear princess"? That was new. He just called me "princess" or "mistress", but dear? That was very strange, considering the fact he never called me that.
"You calling me "dear" won't help, darling. I won't run towards him so let me go." I commanded, he nodded and hummed in agreement, letting go of my wrist but looking at me with the eyes of an eagle or hawk.

I sighed deeply and watched him from afar, he was with an adeptus, I assumed. He seemed to have fun with him, but the adeptus still kept his stern look. Though, I could sense a small smile.

Perhaps they were a couple or something.

As they left, I then looked towards Dainsleif and then spoke up. "Dain, let's go." He nodded and walked with me, but he's still looking at me every minute or two...
"Why the hell do you keep looking at me?"
I asked.

"Maybe you would do something stupid, like run away and find your brother."

I scoffed.

"I wouldn't do that, idiot." I said in a mocking tone, he rolled his eyes at me and crossed his arms. "Geez, the audacity to even talk to me like that."
"And the audacity to argue with me."

I paused and looked at him, an annoyed look on my  face. How could he.

"Could you ever shut up for once, Dainsleif?" I said harshly. "Could you ever stop complaining, dear princess?"  We argued for endless hours, soon we then just forgot about it and continued to walk, honestly, he's such a pain. Especially when he's feeling bratty...

But still, I don't mind. He's actually a fun person to be with, not only that, very, very attractive. He's like a damn walking sun, and the way he flirts with me? I'm down bad, but then again he's still a pain. He's so annoying and overprotective. He doesn't even allow me to have fun, what type of boy is that? That's the opposite of my dream boy.

And before I knew it, Dainsleif held my wrist and ran to the side, hugging me close. I was quite embarrassed, but whatever.

"Excuse me, Dainsleif?"
"You almost got hit by a ruin guard, dear. You should be more careful."

I turned to look at the side and noticed a ruin guard. He was right. I sighed and tried pushing him off, but god he didn't flinch.

"Let me go!" I yelled. "No, it's not clear whether the ruin guard would attack again or either calm down. Just have patience, can you?" He whispered.

I rolled my eyes and just let it happen, my head resting on his chest. I nuzzled into the hug, seemingly wanting to stay like this longer.

"Can we stay like this for a bit longer.."
"Fine."

He said in a serious voice, but I could feel the happiness in him. Damn, was he really that happy to hug me? It was obviously a great honor, but like, why did I see a small smile appear on his face?

It's cute but..

I hate the fact he's making me fall
                        Harder for him..
