Before I start this fanfic, I wanted to write a short introduction, so it will be easier for you to read the story if you've never read a reader insert fanfiction before.
Simple legend for reading the story: "..." = What a character says '...' = What a character thinks (...) = Something you can choose, for example: the country where you studied abroad (y/n) = Your name (h/c) = Hair color (e/c) = Eye color
For this fanfiction I took some inspiration from an old one that was removed, I believe this was written by someone who called themselves teacup23. They started a fanfiction about Ukai Keishin's younger sister and I found that idea quite interesting. Their old work was somehow deleted, and they never reposted it anywhere themselves. Others did repost it and tried to continue it, that's how I found out about the original story. This won't be a copy of that work, but the basis of the story took inspiration from it.
Originally, I started writing this story on AO3, but I decided to rewrite it and publish it here.
This is a reader instert fanfiction, meaning that you (the reader) will be part of the story. I find this more engaging than working with an OC (original character).
The ending will be open, you can decide for yourself which character you end up with. That way, I hope everyone will be able to enjoy this fanfiction.
