Soon it was time for me to leave.
I got out of the house and started to walk to the place where Soobin and I were going to meet up with his friends.
I felt very nervous. What would they think of me? Soobins toxic pick me ex? Probably.
As I walked through the busy streets, I could see the sky begin to turn into an ombre effect and the lights of shops and billboard light up one by one.
I walked past a boutique and then a group of girls come out the door holding tons of bags of stuff.
One of the girls noticed me and stopped the whole group.
"Omg! Jiwoo! It's been forever!" one of the girls said.
I take a proper look at the girls and I notice these girls are my old high school friends.
The girls come up to me and I said, "I missed you all so much! Have you been?" surprisingly they stayed as a group without me..
"Nothing much, how about you? Are you still going through relationships?" Lia asked.
"Nope. I'm not into them anymore," I said confidently. I didn't want to be my old self, dating loads of guys. I've changed you know?
"Well, that's a relief, your previous one hit you like a trainwreck," Yeji said.
"Okay, let's not talk about that anymore," Ryujin said.
"I know! How about we all have a girl's night to reunite our friend group?" Yuna suggested.
"That's a great idea!" Chaeryeong said.
"You in Jiwoo?" Yeji asked.
"Yeah, sure! When is it?" I said.
"How about next week at my house?" Ryujin asked.
We all agreed and parted ways. It was nice seeing them after all these years. I really did miss them. Seeing that we immediately clicked after years shows our friendship.
