She's Better Than Them

Prolouge

Being Aizawa's niece and living with him had its perks, yet it also had its downfalls. I officially moved in with him in my 2nd year of Jr. High, why you may ask? Because my parents disappeared without a trace. I always blamed myself, yet he said it was not my fault. Of course, he's supposed to say that he's my uncle. Anyways, back to me. My name is Y/N Nadia Hiroshima-Bakugo, and this is my story of how I became one of the world's greatest heroes and married to one of the best heroes.

It all started here October 12th, 2033 I was 12 years old living with my mother and father Akari Hiroshima and Kazuo Hiroshima. One day after school I come to a house empty all reminiscences of them gone. Clothing, shoes, car keys, wallets, money, I mean everything. I was left behind with my two cats Miso, and Sushi. The only thing I knew I had to do was call my Uncle. 

...."Uncle Shota, I need you. Something is wrong and I don't know what to do." The other end of the line was silent for a while but after a bit I heard a sigh come from the other end of the line. 

"Peaches, can't you go to your parents with this problem?" I was silent for a bit unsure of how I could say 'hey uncle yeah my parents are gone your sister and brother-in-law left a 12-year-old alone' 

"That's the problem, they aren't here, everything of theirs is gone. I don't know what to do...this has never happened before." The other end of the line was silent all you could hear were the sound of car keys and the closing of doors and the rev of an engine. 

"Peaches, I'll be right there stay where you are and be good." He hung up after that. I walked over to the sofa and sat my cat Miso coming over and sitting on my lap. I pet her while I waited for the man that I needed at the hour. Sushi had made himself comfortable next to my left leg snuggling like a little baby. Little after 10 minutes my Uncle arrived opening the door with his spare key to the house. "Are you okay Peaches?" How'd I get the name Peaches? Well that was from my absolute love for the fruit, it was my favorite growing up.  

"I'm okay, just extremely confused with a bit of sorrow." That's a lie. I was worried and scared my parents are gone and I don't know what to do. "I came home and it's as if a squatter lives here. That squatter being me. I don't know whats going on and I'm just hopping it's a sick prank." My Uncle understood where I was coming from, but he didn't have an answer to what was happening either. I had so many questions and I doubt they'll go answered. It's probably the most unsolvable case. 

"Go pack your stuff. You're obviously going to move in with me and thankfully I don't have to go through any of that tricky paper work since I'm already your legal guardian." Legal Guardian..."You listening Peaches?" I nodded my head and ran up the stairs to my plain room. I looked inside my closet and saw a suit case and grabbed it. I placed it on my bed and started throwing clothes in. Eventually all of my clothes were stuffed in the suit case. I sat on the bag just to close it up. "Go everything? Good. I'll take it to the car. The cats and the cat stuff is already in there all we need is you. Don't worry about your bathroom stuff I already have it handled." I got up from my spot and took the suitcase that could probably fit an entire house inside of it and rolled down stairs. Handing it to my uncle to put in the car. He put it in and closed the trunk climbed and started the car.

"It's all my fault that they are gone. They left because of me and know I'm basically an orphan." My uncle gave me a look that said 'that is stupid and you aren't an orphan' I rolled my eyes and rested the side of my head on the passenger window. "I just don't understand where they could've been. I checked their location but it came up as unknown. I-I don't Uncle Shota I just don't understand what could have happened to make them to disappear. Is it me? Work? A villain? I just don't know. I shouldn't even have to go through this. It's just so stupid." I let out a sigh and looked out the window seeing my old life pass through.
