THE SMALL CAFE SMELT OF COFFEE BEANS
and many other scents that you were all too familiar with. You have been working at this cafe for quite a while now. Despite its small size, the cafe is very famous for It's vintage atmosphere. The cafe is decorated with fake flowers, fake veins, and many vintage items. Many people would come here for dates or simply to just relax.

You have seen many different collections of stories since you started working here, today a young male came here to write love letters to confess to his crush. Not far away from where he sits, a young couple could be seen eating their cakes and smiling, a young female who was seated on the table next to them seems to be experiencing a whole difficult emotion though. She was writing papers for a part time job here, her face is a mixture of anxiety and nervousness.

Just as your eyes started wandering to another spot, a certain couple caught your attention. A bell rang as they entered the cafe, you immediately fixed your posture and welcomed them. The couple were talking to before walking up to the counter. The female on the other side turned to face you, she had short dark hair and a mole near her mouth, her significant other had a beanie on his head. You recognized these two! But before you could open your mouth to say anything, The male spoke up.

"Hey! Isn't this [Y/N] ?" It was Tanaka. He spoke with the same energetic and loud tone that seem to have startled the other customers. The female besides him, Kiyoko quickly hit his arm before turning to face you again. You smiled at her and Tanaka.

"Long time no see! So you guys really got together?" You asked them, wanting to start a conversation.

"yes, yes we did." Kiyoko sighed and turned to Tanaka who is smiling proudly.

"We have a lot to talk about, girl." A chuckle escaped from Kiyoko lips, she nodded slightly.

"anyways, what would you like to order?"

AFTER YOU SET DOWN THEIR DRINKS,
you went to sit with them as they invited you to. You never expected Tanaka and Kiyoko to get together but it was a pleasant surprise. Kiyoko and you were close friends since you often visit Karasuno during their practices to see your ex boyfriend. You smiled to yourself at the thought of him.

"So what happened to you and Sugawara?" Tanaka suddenly asked, Kiyoko looking up at him and back to you.

"you don't have to answer that, [Y/N]." Kiyoko reassured you, not wanting you to feel pressured to talk about your ex. Tanaka seemed to be realizing that he asked that out of the blue and gave you an apologetic smile.

"yeah, you don't have to—"

"It's okay. We broke up before i moved to Tokyo." you spoke up which both Kiyoko and Tanaka nodded in response.

"me and the boys are planning on having a reunion, can we come here?" Tanaka asked.

"yeah, sure."

"Great! You're invited too!" Tanaka winked at you, causing you to sigh.

"Ryu, she works here." Kiyoko said it in a deadpanned tone.

you shook your head, holding back a laughter as Tanaka burst out laughing at his own mistake and Kiyoko taking a sip from her drink.

As you guys sat there chit chatting, the other customers started to leave, it was getting late. But Tanaka and Kiyoko are still there talking with you, you guys had so many things to catch up on after all. You guys exchanged contacts since you changed your phone and never got the chance to ask any of your old friends for contact.

After what seemed like an hour or so the street's lights turned on and little bits of snow started pouring from the night sky, creating little white spots on the cold concrete floor. The street's lights also reflected on the glass wall of the small cafe, which caught the trio's attentions. You stopped talking and turned your head towards the transparent glass wall, the two saw you looking outside and they basically did the same thing.
