The Man

Chapter 1 "The House"

TW: This story contains graphic content as it is a horror story, rape, cursing, and a lot more graphic scenes then you think, if you're sensitive to blood and gore I don't suggest you read this, this is a story about revenge just for you to be aware of the contents inside of this story.

The story starts with a man being kidnapped by strangers soon to be thrown into a house of unknown contents as nobody's been inside, a man that was thrown into the house not to be seen by The Man yet just awakened.

Where am I? The man thought to himself; he started walking down a dark and scary hallway nothing but pitch black. While walking he felt someone breath down his neck, and he ran as fast as possible not knowing what was behind him. He hid behind what seemed like boxes, loosing the trail of the man only to see a ghost "a little boy?" He thought to himself.

The little boy spoke only in whispers as The Man could be anywhere "Hello what brings you here?" The man spoke "I was kidnapped and brought here" the little boy frowned as he heard him "I'm barnely (Barn-l-e-y), who are you?" The little boy said trying to sound happy "I'm Asher, Hawk Asher and I'm no man I'm 16 and I was in my way home before I got kidnapped" said the 16yr old boy named Asher. The ghost hushed Asher before he could say anything else as the ghost heard The Man coming he stayed in the room for a while looking over some obvious places to hide but he couldn't find the trespasser who got past him inside of the room, so he left the room.

Barnely spoke "Asher I don't want you to suffer my same fate, same with the other ghosts that were brought here, me and my friends will help you however, I have one request please set us free" Asher agreed with what the boy said "Sure, but what happened to you and your friends?" Barnely's eyes saddened "I can't speak for the others but I can speak for myself.. I was kidnapped just like you but, he raped me and tortured me sawing my body parts limb from limb.... Even when I was dead he still raped my poor body..." Barnely was quiet for a while.

Barnely spoke but sternly and quietly "I give you the power to see in the dark per my request, however each friend of mines has different powers and to get the power of observation you need to go upstairs; However, the key is in the most obvious place in this house the kitchen, be careful once you get in there each door doesn't lock nor close there's only door frames."

Barnely also said "Each ghost has a quest of their own and after completing the quest you get their powers, right now you need to find Sally she'll make it easier to find keys and stuff you need, for now focus on getting upstairs and staying safe. Also he can't see us so be careful when talking to other ghosts."

Asher agreed to find Sally and peaked his head out of the boxes only to hear the door crack open, The Man was at the door, he walked in and looked around then he looked at the boxes Asher's heart sank as he immediately pulled back down from the boxes looking at Barnely.

Afterwards Asher got up and decided it was time to finally find the kitchen, he got up from what looked like an office with a bed in it. Asher got up and started walking and slowly opening a door on the left of the boxes he saw a door way with no doors, he glanced over to his left and right and stayed silent to see where the Man was but no sign of him.

Asher continued his journey to the kitchen only to hear the Man upstairs it sounds like, so he continues and finally he found it but Barnely wasn't wrong it wasn't a very safe area, there's 4 corridors with no door not a very safe idea. I continued looking and eventually I found the key it was in the cabinets, when I looked away though the cabinet door shut loudly.

Asher looked around hurriedly but didn't remember where the boxes were so he was stuck in the kitchen there was four corridors and all of them sounded like the Man was walking through em, but there was also a left and right corridor, he went through the right one. Asher found himself in another dark hallway, but this time he didn't get so lucky he was there with the Man right in front of him running after him and Asher running, eventually he found himself back into the kitchen and took a random path and started dashing some how making his way to the basement and he hid behind a shelf with boxes around it.

The Man was entering the basement looking for him, 30 minutes passed and still nothing eventually the man left and Asher was still on the basement waiting for his foot steps to go away before heading upstairs again, he walked up the stairs silently, quietly looking for the office room eventually he found it and hid behind the boxes.
"I got the key" Barnely looked happy "Yes!" He said jumping around "Come on I'll show you where the upstairs is!"
