[Third Person POV]

Chigiri was 15 minutes late due to traffic.

When he arrived at the venue, a staff member approached him, “Magandang gabi po, are you Sir Chigiri Hyoma po?”. He assumed that he was the only one running late—gosh so embarrassing. “Ahh, yes po, ako po ‘yon”. With that, the staff directed him to where their reunion would take place.

For no reason, Chigiri is tense. Is it because he feels guilty forgetting the names and faces of the people he used to play with? New environment? New people? Or is it because of someone who…

The staff interrupted his thoughts, “Dito po yung event ninyo, sir”. Chigiri thanked the staff.

“Shit, kinakabahan nako”. He took a deep breath and attempted to open the door, shakily and hesitantly. To be completely honest, even yesterday, when Isagi invited him to the reunion, he kept mulling over how to greet them or what to say to them. He even tried to practice this stuff with himself. Bro’s nervous as fuck.

Someone opened the door before Chigiri could. An unknown deep voice spoke behind him, “Will you go in?”

I told myself I'd just sleep for a few minutes, but why did minutes turn into hours?

Plus, this traffic is driving me crazy. I dislike arriving late, but since I'm driving a motorcycle, I can sort of cut in line at certain times. Though, I try to avoid doing it as much as possible because it's not fair to the other drivers who are patiently waiting in line.

After a few minutes, I arrived at the venue. I removed my helmet and ran my hand through my hair. I hurriedly put my helmet over the mirror of my motor and then entered the venue.

As I entered, a staff member asked if I was Kunigami Rensuke, and I just nodded. They then led me to the place where our reunion will take place.

The place was better than I thought. It’s not that big or small; it’s just right. The layout of the site was nice. The decor was classy and added to the overall ambiance of the space.

I saw a figure hesitating to go in. Why, though?

Inside there is our reunion. “Sir, dito po even ninyo. Enjoy po.” I thanked the staff.

I was behind this girly-looking figure and waiting for her to go in.

Nevermind. I didn't want to be disrespectful, but I'd been impatient because of earlier traffic. I'll just apologize if she gets angry.

Once I opened the door, the looking lady looked at me with shock. Her eyes widened.

Fuck. Why didn't I recognize this figure? It was Chigiri. Shit, he looks more beautiful. He's always been that way, yet he's changed so much through the years.

"Uhh were you going in? I'm so sorry po" I've missed this voice.

"Oh, no worries. How about both of us go in?" I suggested and Chigiri nodded.

When I turned around, my eyes widened. Looking at him, he has a great physique—he's big. He's also tall and probably worked hard to get that nice body. He looks familiar and I feel like I knew him well back then. What was his name?

I broke my thoughts and apologized. He then suggested we go in together, and I agreed. Even though our first encounter was embarrassing, I would rather go in there with someone than walk awkwardly over there.

It's so silent.

I guess he wanted to break the silence and asked, "Kumusta ka na?" His voice was deep but soft. I don't why but I felt a sense of comfort with him.

I replied, "Kakabalik ko lang uli sa pinas. Naninibago ako hahahaha, but I've been doing great. Oh by the way, I'm Chigiri Hyoma. I don't know if naala mo pako so yeah hehehe."

"I do remember you…very well." I was dumbfounded when he said that; he said something else, but I didn't hear it. Now I'm really guilty of forgetting their names.

I timidly asked what his name was. "I see...so umm, may I ask.. what's your name?" I know this isn't the time to ask, but I'm really curious about his name.

He stopped in his tracks. Fuck, I made him mad didn't I? God save me.

I panicky said, "Uh- Um…I'm sorry if nakalimutan ko talaga pangalan mo. Actually not just you ahh…what I mean is that I don't really remember anything when I was in the Philippines back then. Kaya I'm sorry talaga." Hahaha let's just smile, Chigiri, it'll be fine…

He looks at me in the eyes, and surprisingly, he smiled, "No worries, I'll just make you remember."

I tilted my head, confused by what he said, and just smiled back. As I smiled back at him, I couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over me. It was as if his words had unlocked a hidden happiness within me that I never knew existed.

"Hoy kayong dalawa, kanina pa kayo diyan. May label na ba kayo?" A bob-cut guy with golden under-lights appeared and nudge the big guy's elbow. Now who's this next person?
