"Ariana baby come here " my mom said

"Yes mama " I said

"Go in the house and get my brush so i can do aria's hair please "

"Yes ma'am "

i went upstairs in my parents room like my mom had asked to get her hair brush .

"here you go mama "

" thank you baby aria and August come out here on this porch "

August and Aria ran out the house with my dad tagging right along them . Now my dad he was a big time drug dealer he was the biggest drug dealer in Atlanta but he tried to keep that lifestyle away from us so we can be safe .

Mama started to do Aria's hair when some odd car pulled up and my dad rushed us in the house . Aria August and I went into the kitchen when we heard gun shots fire my mom screaming and the car speeding off I went outside onto the porch to see my mother laying down on the porch in a pile of blood . Instantly tears started falling from my eyes i went down to her level and begged

"Mama please get up please " i repeated over and over

August rushed out

"Dad do something why are you just standing there " August said

"Take your sister in the house " My dad said

" MAMA pleaseee " i cried out

"August take your sister in the house NOW !" my dad yelled

August picked me up and took me in the house . I tried my best to get out of his arms but I was ten and he was thirteen so you know how that go but i still screamed for her to wake up .

"MAMA MAMA MAMA WAKE UP" I screamed

"Ariana wake up girl you gon be late " August said

I got up and stretched

"Get outta my room "

He looked at me and his face softened

" Why are you crying baby girl "

" Another dream about mama August "

He sighed and sat on the bed

"It's gon be okay Ariana "

" I know I just don't understand why he had to leave us by ourself like that "

"Mane forget him he wasn't a good father anyways " August said

"Yea I guess " I said as I sighed

"But anyways get up you gon be late for school and don't forget I love ya "

"Love you too ugly "

He smacked his lips

I laughed and got up and picked out my outfit for school .

After I decided what outfit to wear I got in the shower till I felt my body was clean and got out . I put on my fly fit which was high waisted shorts black and white nike bralette with my white Air Force 1s

I was singing Freestyle and doing my makeup when my sister knocked on my door .

"What Aria?" I said

"August said you have to drop me off at school " she said

"OMG okay let me finish and we can go "

"Kay I'll be in ya car "

I grabbed my purse and my phone off the charger and headed downstairs to my all white challenger . Even though i don't have parents im very fortunate . Too many chicks envy me but they just don't know i been through more than anybody in that school I had to find my way in this life . After my mom died my dad was so depressed that he left us we don't know where he went but he left . I never had a boyfriend because i was always scared that ima have kids then I die and my boyfriend betrays my kids like my dad did .

Even though a lot of boys try to talk to me I know they just want me because im thick and cute . They don't know nothing about me and before my mom died she always told me these boys only want one thing babygirl make sure you don't let them take advantage of you because you will always regret it remember that . I miss my mother so much it hurts but i have to be strong for my little sister .

My thoughts got cut short by my sister getting out the car

"Better ask August to pick you i have plans " I said

" ugh ill jus ask my boyfriend to drop me off at home " Aria said

"yeah whateva stay outta trouble lil girl " I said while pulling off

I walked into school ready for the day to be over im happy it's the last day of school because i can't be doing this no more . I stopped at my locker only to be greeted by my Bestfriend since birth Melanie i love that girl to death mane .

"Hey babygirl " Melanie said

"Hey boo " I said

"So you know Darius is throwing a first day of summer party tonight right "

" Yea I heard "

" You gon come with me ? " she said

" Yea I guess " I said

" Alright boo ima pick you up at 8:30 be ready "

" yea yea , love you too Melanie" i said while shutting my locker and walking to class

The bell finally rang signaling it was the end of the school year . Everybody ran out the school doors so fast almost made me fall . Im happy school is finally over though now i can get my summer job and work on getting this money up for college . But right about naa im ready to T'up you feel me .

I drove straight home and got ready for this party thats bout to kick off .
