                 The End For Derrick

Derrick's footsteps grew heavy as exhaustion weighed him down. He had been on the run for weeks, constantly looking over his shoulder, but the danger seemed to catch up with him at every turn. He knew he couldn't keep running forever, but he had to find a safe place for Ruby before he confronted his pursuers.
